I would’ve given 5 stars, before yesterday.My experience at this office had been great, until my appointment on 10/7. The dentist assigned to me , stuck my lip with the pick and the hygienist got toothpaste all over my face and shirt.

My family and I are blessed having New Smiles Dental as our home dentist office.
They take excellent care of their patients and have a wonderful staff ; the receptionist are courteous, helpful with scheduling and efficient. The hygienists are careful, thorough and friendly.
I can’t say enough about Dr. B, he is very kind , gentle , skillful ; my kids love going to see him and they are not afraid of dentists, Dr. B makes it fun and great experience.

They rushing through cleaning. It only took less than 10 to do full cleaning. I’m not happy about the service like before. I will give it another shot before changing locations or Doctor.

My husband went here because he had a referral off post.
This was the worst experience he had at a dentist ever.
First the reception didn’t acknowledge him. Second, the office and cleaning area was dirty. Generally everything was dirty which is a red flag. Nothing felt clean in there. He’s never been to a dentist where’s he’s been it’s kind of dirty here.
Thirdly, the hygienist never talked to him. She talked to the other hygienist. He learned someone they know just got shot (hope they’re ok)…which do they really need to talk about that in front of customers…?!
Fourthly, the water hose was broken and sprayed him in the face and she talked to the other hygienist and said yeah that’s broken. They continued to use it! My husband had to wipe his face.
Lastly - she cut his gum!! She didn’t acknowledge it! He was in so much pain and she just hosed it off. He needed to take a break but didn’t say anything
The dentist came in and said he had cavities. He hasn’t had cavities for years now. He has to go back on post for a follow up to this referral.
Run for the hills guys.

I've been a patient here since 2013. Dr. B is the best dentist I have ever been to. My hygienist Pam is just wonderful. The front office staff is also great, and is always easy to contact and make an appointment. Thank you New Smiles for making the dentist office a place I actually don't mind coming to.

My wife and I have gone to Smiles Dental for several years. They are amazing! They are, of course, professional and courteous. However, I most appreciated their integrity. They never recommend unnecessary work to make money like several of our past dentists. I highly recommend Smiles!

Dr B is the best dr ever, he takes the time to listen to your concerns and addresses them . He is super talented and knowledgeable, very honest and doesn’t try to pressure patients in to unnecessarily costly procedures. I finally achieved my perfect smile with he’s magic hands .
