This is a rip off. They try hard to get you to spend as much money as you can. If your there for a cleaning and you just had a deep clean.... so what! Spend more money. Smh. Just find a new place to go, I did!

Just had my annual dental cleaning with hygienist Karen (not sure on name). Wow!!! She went above and beyond to make my sure I was comfortable (very sensitive teeth) while still making sure my teeth were clean!!! She checked, cleaned , checked again, and cleaned again if needed. She didn't rush trying to get me out of the way. She was caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and super kind!!! I am definitely coming for her alone!! Everyone else is professional, sure, but she is on a league of her own!!!

My visit at New Smiles has been very smooth. Everyone at the clinic is super efficient and professional. My daughters and I were treated by Dr Mona, who is one of the most sweetest and most caring dentist I have ever met. She’s very thorough and gives ample time to each patient and their needs and explains everything in detail as to the process of every treatment.
Dr Becker was also very exceptional in his treatment to my 10 year old son. He was very caring and made my son feel at ease during his treatment. I would highly recommend this place for all your dentist needs. Everyone at this office is very kind and considerate especially the checking and check out staff as well who are lso very professional and courteous.

he sido paciente del Doctor Sebastián y hemos recibido buen servicio sin embargo mi última experiencia no fue muy buena
Porque me hicieron un trabajo y requería unos retenedores que me los entregaron con tres defectos de laboratorio y mi odontólogo me dijo que esos retenedores estaban en mal estado y que regresara a decirles que me hicieran unos nuevos ya que yo pague por ellos y debía recibir lo que pagué. Sin embargo cuando regrese a la clínica del doctor Sebastián se negaron a hacerme unos nuevos diciéndome que no tenían nada malo
Y he aquí estoy con unos retenedores rotos. Tendré que pagar 300 dólares nuevamente pero iré a otro lugar
