Dr B is absolutely amazing!!! His staff was amazing and very helpful. I had to have a tooth extracted and I didn’t feel a thing. If you are looking for a good dentist , look no further Dr B is the one to see. He will discuss plans of treatment that will work best for you. He is kind, polite, caring and understanding.
Virginia is the office manger and she is great as well.

My usual hygienist wasn’t there so I got a different one. I’ve never felt pain with my old hygienist, but this time I did. The new hygienist was friendly but she used the ultra sonic scaler on my teeth. I floss everyday so I don’t have much tartar buildup, so it was painful when she would get near my gums. As she was working, she would suction the sides of my mouth but did not give me an opportunity to spit the saliva in the back of my throat into the tube, so I started coughing and had to sit up to clear my lungs. Afterwards, when I laid back in the chair, she switched to using the regular scaler on my teeth. When she started polishing my teeth, she gave me enough time to spit in the tube so I didn’t choke again, which was nice. Overall, not a good experience. She would also look at the television every now and then. I don’t think she did this while she was working on my mouth, just when she was getting different tools, but it’s still disconcerting to think that the person working on you may be distracted.

It took them more than 2 visits for them to do my fillings. I came in the first day and they just did x-rays and told me to come back the same day and they did fillings on one side and made me come back again and i’m back here and they sent me a text when i was already here that my appointment changed to an hour later. I was here. they could’ve told me in person. DONT COME HERE DONT WASTE TIME HERE PLEASE.

I have been going to this practice for about 2 years. I love them. They all have fantastic customer service. Dr. Moana is an amazing addition to the team. Honestly she is the best dentist I have had in my life. Her and Andres make an awesome team! Highly recommend New Smiles!

After years of neglecting my oral health due to intense dental phobia, my sister referred me to Dr B. I live in Boston and knew it would take multiple visits to get the work I needed done. However, she told me how amazing he was and assured me that I would get the best care. I decided to book a flight and get a consult. Once I got the consult I would decide if it was worth going back and forth from Boston. The second I stepped foot into his office I knew this was the place I wanted to be. Dr B was so kind and attentive. He explained the procedures thoroughly and his office manager Virginia explained what my insurance would cover as well as my out of pocket expenses. I left that day feeling on top of the world! I would finally get to do what I’ve wanted for a long time and would no longer have to hide my smile. The work is 95% done and my smile teeth look amazing!!! Dr B is a perfectionist and his work is absolutely flawless.
