My husband and I have visited New Smiles Dental regularly for routine service for several years. We always have a good experience with the staff. However, on my last visit 10/8/21, I wasn’t very happy with the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She did her job but not carefully enough. She splashed water all over my face to the point that she said it out loud “Oops, shower”. First dental visit that I have to wash my face before leaving the clinic. lol. I wish not to see her anymore.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Mona. I needed several procedures done over several weeks, and Dr. Mona was patient and friendly throughout. She made me feel at ease and answered all the questions I had. In addition, every other staff member I came in to contact with--from the receptionists to the dental assistants--was just as friendly and kind!

Doctor B and his staff are very professional and dedicated. They always discuss my options before any work gets done, so there are not surprises later on.

From the attention to the front with the secretaries, the attention of the technicians who take the plates, the assistants who work on oral cleaning and the excellent work and dedication and humanism of the doctor for me characterize this place. Doctor B has been my dentist for about 10 years. He is by far the best dentist I have had in my 50 plus years of different dentists. The hygienist Pam is the best as well. She is old school like myself and does an awesome job. Virginia and her office staff are outstanding, and always accommodating. The office is modern and clean. This is always a great experience and I highly recommend this office.
