Visited New Smiles Dental for the very first time on 9/2/21. The reception area is clean, bright. The reception staff very pleasant. They had me fill out paperwork as it was my first time visiting. Once completed, I was brought back by Mr. Andres, the technician who completed my dental xrays. I have always had a small curved hard palette so Mr. Andres was extremely patient and communicative as we both went thru getting all the pictures needed. I appreciated his kindness and effort towards ensuring that I was as comfortable as I could be. Nothing matters more in healthcare than focusing in on how the patient is feeling thru any procedure. Thank you Mr. Andres!!
Dr Mona came in afterward and was just as pleasant and communicative. She answered all my questions. Again, Dr Mona, I appreciated your "bedside" manner, and your overall personality and kindness. I look foward to returning to get my teeth cleaned. I look forward to making you all my longtime dental family!!

Honestly,
If I could give them more stars I would. The staff is friendly from the phone to in person. They do not judge my teeth and that is what I was embarrassed about. But the dentist, made me feel comfortable, straight forward, and taken care of. My dentist is amazing in all my life I have sensitivity but I did not feel a thing, and made sure I was not in pain . They will work with you financially as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE ALL THE STAFF.

I recently moved here from Florida and this dental office is the Best by far (look no more). Dr Sebastian and his entire staff are Phenomenal (both friendly and professional)! Having a dental insurance that will only pay 50% on certain services or 0% on other services Dr. Sebastian was very understanding so, he offered me a 6 month payment (Very Helpful). I'm Very Impressed with the way Dr Sebastian and staff went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I'm also Very Pleased with my Smile and felt the need to pass it on.Thank you Dr. Sebastian and your staff "New Smile Dental".

I have been a patient for about 3 years now and all I can say is that every time I go in is a pleasant experience. The office is comfy and super clean. The staff is always happy and friendly. Dr. B is knowledgeable and I've never felt that he is rushing to go to the next patient. He takes his time and makes sure you understand what's going on and what the recommended plan of care is. I love this practice and realize that with so many options out there, when we as clients aren't treated with the utmost respect and professionalism, we are free to go. This office understands that and I genuinely believe that they do their very best to treat their customers in the best professional manner possible. Not only have I experienced it personally, I've seen it done for others and it makes me happy to be a client and hope to remain one for many years to come.

I have had some traumatic dental experiences in my day. Forgive me for saying so, Dr. B., but I was terrified of coming back to you or any other dentist. I hadn’t found a trustworthy, caring dentist since my trauma experience.
I cannot say enough good things about this practice. 1) the office staff is always nice, scheduling, friendly, accommodating, and helpful with billing questions. 2) the dental assistants and hygienists are professional, gentle, prompt, and attentive. 3) the doctors are cost-sensitive, sensitive suggesting procedures that might be uncomfortable.
For my recent office visit they simply went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule—which I would not normally expect. I would have expected them to ask me to reschedule but they went out of their way to make it work.
Thank you so much for your practice and your dedication to your patients. I’m sticking with you—even though I have moved 30 miles away.

I’ve been coming to Dr. B since I moved to Woodbridge. He was able to fix some of the shoddy work that was done at my last dentist resulting in my teeth looking and feeling good. New Smiles won’t recommend services that are not needed. This is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had.
