This is a great place and I had an amazing experience. Everyone there including staff from the front desk , medical assistants and doctors were so nice and friendly. The job done was very professional , precise , hight quality and done in a timely manner.
Dr.Bouroncle explained to me step by step every part of the process, he was extremely careful , caring and detailed oriented . This office is amazing! The staff there all know my name and treat me like family. They are so kind and do very good work. I hate hate haaaaaaaaaaaaate going to the dentist but they do such a great job of making you feel comfortable and welcomed. The clinical lead - Karina is the best. Be sure to ask for her!

After Covid, we were hesitant to see an dentist. But Corina, my hygienist was amazing. She was taking precautions to keep us safe. She just really made my day. Who can say that about a trip to the dentist? Thank you Corina for making me look forward to the dentist in 6 months. Hah

I've had 2 root canals, crowns & now a bridge implant done here with New Smiles. Dr. B is an expert at what he does and explaining exactly what he has done using the latest dental equipment and technology! The whole staff is professional courteous from reminder text msgs to follow ups with you throughout all of your procedures. I work in California and travel throughout the U.S. for my job, Every time I come home to visit my family I always visit New Smiles cause they treat you just like family here.. Thanks guys!

I admit I was wary when my previous dentist retired and the office changed to the New Smiles Dentistry. I've been in now a few times for cleaning (same Hygienist) and she's great. This year I decided to have a tooth implant and it required more preparation than I expected. The doctors were great (Dr. Chen the Periodontist, and my main dentist, Dr. Bourancles). The dental assistant, Corina, was full of encouragement and care. To say I "loved it" as I rated it 5 stars seems crazy (for dental work itself, not so much) but yes, the office and all their staff are really wonderful, caring people!!I would recommend this office to my friends and family.

I have had a wonderful experience from Dr. Bouroncle. From my first interaction by phone with New Smiles I knew I would stay. It is not easy to find practices that are customer oriented and the employees seem to actually be happy with what they are doing. It's a great feeling to be able to look forward to a dental appointment, so much so the rest of my family will begin using this practice as well. This is an incredible group of people!

I have always had a problem visiting the dentist but this time around it was a different experience the staff here are super friendly and Dr.B is great. I got a lot of work done root canals feelings and I have no complaints they were friendly and patient and I couldn't ask for a better experience. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family best dentist office I've ever been to. Super satisfied
