They make the entire process go smoothly and make you feel at ease. And if your scared of getting a shot in your gums... Don't be, it was amazing how fast and most of all painless. I like the services offered here but only thing I noticed is many times the staff don’t wear N95 masks. They just wear surgical mask. Maybe if they put an additional covering that will help customer feel more safe and secure.
As dentist is breathing right near your open mouth.
I see in other places dentist wearing double mask or N95 masks.

I had a bad experience with Dr. Relan. She says the insurance amount during the procedure that's super frustrating. She took 3 hours and 8+ x-rays (others took 2. I believe it's 12 but the org refutes claims saying its 4) for root canal that was still more than avg. The doctor is patient and did a good job. But the first thing is to make the patient feel comfortable. The office staff is extremely defensive in saying no without introspection. I got extra pending amounts (from previous procedures. Don't know how and they were never clear). Co-pays are usually said before procedure. Docs make patients feel comfortable and instruct dos and don'ts after procedure. I never got to have any of these and had to constantly keep checking up with front desk to know bits and pieces. I had to end up with a second root canal and even got to know my exact issue through the second opinion. :( She spends a great time on asthetics- great but please explain one on one. Many patients are attended in parallel in the middle.

I needed an urgent appointment for dental check up before the year end. I am new patient but still got next day's appointment. The staff is just amazing and Dr Relan is very knowledgeable too. I am sure she will get me to right track for flossing and getting sincere about my tooth care. She thoroughly examined my teeth and answered all my questions patiently. I could sense it was a busy day for her but she made sure to check patiently on me. I also got timely reminder about my appointment and I didn't have to wait at all.
Update in 2023- Still at 5 star after many years of being in their dental care :)
