I had such a great experience at Eastgate Modern Dentistry today! I hadn’t gone to the dentist in quite awhile and was really dreading my appointment this morning. However, once I was greeted by Carly, who was incredibly friendly and quick, I felt more at ease.
Then I was promptly taken back by MustafaS Mustafa is a fantastic Dental Assistant. He was so friendly, had me laughing, and did a great job supporting my visit.
Now onto Dr. Huang… he was GREAT! He didn’t judge how long it had been since my last visit and was thorough in his exam. He did the cleaning himself and did a great job with that. He didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary treatments and services and gave me a lot of good information to help me going forward.
If you’re looking for a dental office, look no further than Eastgate Modern Dentistry. As someone who dreads going to the dentist, I am actually looking forward to my next appointment.

Kind, Courteous, Clean, Competent and Consistent. Each and every visit has been the same high-quality experience with all the modern technology, tools and training one should expect. They inform and educate and the emphasis is on health and not how to take all your money for unnecessary services. The team here made my experience super easy and accommodating even though I had last minute changes to my visit but everyone made it work. Dr. Huang looked at my smile and suggested easy tips on preventative care, he is very very detail oriented, making sure I'm happy with my results. This new office's convenient location right next to Safeway enticed me to try it out for cleaning. Appointment and new patient check-in were easy and the staff were friendly. Dr. Huang did the cleaning himself, providing helpful advice without pushing any extra procedures. Indeed, there was a stained (and hopefully not carious) tooth that he decided just to monitor, which accords with my personal inclination.
