Efficient detailed Dental exam. Started on time Liz was excellent with the hygiene and gave me some coaching on improving my cleaning techniques. Dr Rinta as usual was excellent.

It's been a decade but the hygienist Kate? She was so gentle & patient cleaning my teeth as i forgot š¬ that i should of had my braces removed by my Orthodontistš¤ Thank you also for giving me a tiny brush to reach smaller sections of my exposed teeth with wearing metal braces. I went in for a removal of all my upper teeth and replaced with a top denture. Dr. Rinta was very thorough about everything. The morning of my appointment I freaked out and backed out. Design dental stuck by my side for the next 5 weeks, untill I was able to try again. Then this morning I had my surgery and it went amazing ! No pain no anxiety. Design Dentistry is extremely professional, and good at thinking through how to make a pleasant experience for their patients. At my most recent appointment I noticed that they now offer Netflix via your cell as an option while youāre waiting. Itās a tiny example but it represents a bigger trend: while many healthcare companies are woefully unsympathetic to the frustrating and expensive experience that healthcare can be, Design is tuned in and actively working to create the best experience for their patients from the moment they walk through the door. This level of care includes and extends beyond your teeth- you can expect a great experience across the board.
