Scheduled appointment for loose crown, then got someone who couldn't give me any information, they said dentist needed to see tooth to advise further...ok, so I was scheduled 2 days later at 7:00 am (I don't normally even awaken at that time)...I was told I can either do root canal w/crown or an implant...I was told they couldn't give me the pricing until the front desk person got in...So I told them to email my costs options so I can pick which option I'd go with and schedule an appointment to get it done...I then received email stating the doctor wanted to see me the FOLLOWING week to give me options & pricing...I said I was just in the office for that reason & even got up earlier than normal to do this...I said, just send me my out of pocket price so I could decide...I was told NO, I MUST VISIT DOCTOR AGAIN the following week!!!!! I went back & forth with them, but they adamantly told me I had to WAIT for ANOTHER appointment a week later...3 VISITS, NO WORK TO BE DONE, meanwhile my cap is still loose & possible toothache at any moment!!! This is insane practice & I am beyond angry at this craziness...Looking for another dentist now & starting process all over again! If you need work done NOW, look for another dentist that will not play games!
