Harbor View Dentistry

I recently started going to this dentist and just had work done. All three times I've been so far have been a wonderful experience. The people are friendly and welcoming, and it's very evident how much they care about the people they are serving.
As a person who has had not so great experience at the dentist in general, I feel like I am being taken great care of. They all make me feel as though my concerns are of the utmost importance and the communication is great as far as what my insurance covers and what I take care of. I'm very happy I found this dentist and I highly recommend!

This place is an absolute Jewel! I am new to the area and so grateful I found this beautiful, intimate, friendly 5 Star Dentistry. Everyone is so kind and Dr. Jim is so personable and very focused on your care as if you were his family. Not just another number Rushing to the next patient. I recommend this place to anyone in the Washington State area they are more than worth the visit no matter where you live . Oh and they have the most beautiful view I have ever had going to the dentist lol.

I have been going to Harbor View Dentistry for many years. I was a little apprehensive when Tom Mitchell retired and James Aichlmayr acquired the practice. The reality though, turned out to be just fine. The front desk is always extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The assistants and hygienists are great. Dr. Aichlmayr always takes extra time to thoroughly explain every detail and discuss solution options. He does everything possible to keep patients comfortable during procedures. I have needed an emergency appointment twice and both times they made their services available same day. I’m glad to have this group of professionals for my dental needs.

Very helpful and friendly! I have never had a better experience at a dentist. It was a low pressure visit and I wasn't scolded for not flossing everyday lol! But I was given some very helpful tips on how to improve. They even took the time to figure out a weird issue with my insurance. Highly recommend

My neighbor recommended Dr.Aichlmayr to me last year and every encounter I have had has been high quality care. From the front office staff who are professional, kind and quick to respond to phone calls and texts. To Dr Aichlmayr’s assistant Paige and the dental hygienists who are attentive and gentle. I’ve had several procedures at this office and each time has been a excellent experience.

I love Harbor view dentistry! You couldn’t ask for a friendlier place! From the wonderful reception I always get to the amazing cleaning by Shelly, who always makes me happy to be there, to the great work and check up phone calls from Dr A. , I feel there is no better dentist office!

The entire team at Harbor View Dentistry is great! They are gentle with their techniques (great for people like me who are nervous about having their teeth worked on), super kind, and take the time to teach you about what they are doing. They are amazing!

Harbor View Dentistry provides excellent customer service and patient care. The staff are highly qualified and caring. I have been a patient at this office for 30 years and I like the new dentist, Dr. Alchlmayr and the dental assistant, Shelley. They are thorough and gentle and they take the time to inform patients about what to expect before and during procedures. I highly recommend this dentist office!

Going to Harbor View Dentistry has been the best dental experience I have ever had! Shelly, my dental hygienist is kind, witty and made my periodontal cleaning a breeze. I didn't have to wait on Dr. Aichlmayr at all (usually you have to wait almost 20 min just for the dentist to come see you after your cleaning). He was nice, straight to the point, he even addressed my concerns and put me to ease. The front staff are so welcoming even on the phone. As someone who cringes at the thought of going to the dentist, I am actually really excited to back in 4 months. Never thought I would say that. I would give 10 stars if I could. I'll be a lifetime client here!!

Extremely kind and efficient staff. It’s a very easy-going atmosphere. Everyone is patient and has great bedside manner. They understand that people hate going to the dentist and make the experience downright pleasant. It’s evident that the whole team cares about making patients comfortable and meeting people where they are. Clinicians should probably come here to learn how to do business correctly.

As I am a generally delinquent patient who would typically prefer to avoid dentistry at all costs, this review should carry some weight.
