As always my visit was pleasant and delightful. The staff always make the effort to insure the painful but necessary experiences are filled with fun and clever repartee! I did miss the slide show on the ceiling however. Thanks to Justine and the crew for their solicitous and relatively pleasant attention. Basically it was as good as getting a crown can be.

A fairly new way to clean the gum pockets using a pressure water / air spray is awesome. Felt good when I was done. Hygienist explained everything to me and checked each tooth's gum line thoroughly.

I had another great teeth cleaning by Leah and exam by Dr Matt. Thank you to the wonderful staff and caring ways. Suspicious spots were found and I was sent to a specialist for further evaluation. God bless this Staff!

Worst experience at a dentist ever. The dentist could not figure out how to place a crown. I went to 3 other dentists who said not to go back to her. There was so much inflammation in my pulp cavity after 4-5 times of her replacing the crown that I had to have a root canal which she refused to pay for. She also at one point dropped t tooth in the back of my throat and when I gagged on it she got mad and walked out of the room.

I have been going to this practice since I was 4 years old (and I now have a daughter that age). The front desk staff have always been wonderful, and all of the hygienists are so friendly and do a great job. The desk staff even checked my insurance before I came and figured out my insurance had changed, which saved me some phone calls. The practice has recently changed ownership, and I am really pleased with the new dentists. Drs. Priess are awesome; great with patients and very thorough. The office is as relaxing as a dental practice could be, and there is also an awesome kids play area in the waiting room (I loved it when I was a kid, and it now has updated toys that look really fun for kids).
