If I could do zero stars, I would. I used to love this place but not anymore. Showed up for an appointment that was scheduled in Dec to find out that they had canceled my appointment because they have no hygienists....they never informed me that the appointment was canceled and said they "attempted " to contact me. No voice-mail, no text message, no email except the one confirming my appointment. To top it off, the lady at the front gave ME attitude about it saying they would only cancel it if they contacted me...and then followed that with, "we attempted to contact you" if a patient had "attempted " to cancel an appointment, they would still have gotten charged a no show fee. .I will be finding a new dentist office that knows how to run their business and treat patients.

I absolutely love Granite Falls Dental office! They are truly the best dentists office that I have had the pleasure of getting my much needed dental work done in such a very long time! Everyone in their office gives 1st class service! They have done everything for me from crowns to bridges and referred me to great doctors for my root canals! This place has gone downhill, I have been going here for years but today will be my last day. Today I had to hold my own suction hose while I got my teeth cleaned. My hygienist was a temp and clearly inexperienced with the tools there. Then the dentist came in and asked me if I had any issues. I told her that I had a little tooth pain on my back molars recently. She told me to use sensodyne toothpaste to help but never even looked at my teeth In the area that I told her I was concerned about. I would estimate that the dentist looked in my mouth for about 45-60 seconds and then took off to the next patient. I used to love this place…
