My husband and I are new patients of Dr. Hattaway. She did evaluations on both of us, and a root canal and extraction. She is very professional, gentle, and skilled. I would like to mention that we had gone to a previous dentist in Lake Stevens to have the painful tooth evaluated, and that dentist had said it had to be pulled. That is why we sought a second opinion with Dr. Hattaway. This is the tooth she did the root canal on, and now its doing great. It is very comforting to have a dentist that will not immediately decide to pull anything that is presenting a problem.
Her office is beautiful, spotless, and her staff is very friendly. Her main office person - Kim, is superb in both her knowledge, her professionalism, and her interest in giving good service. We are thrilled to have found such a great option for general dentistry here in little Granite Falls!

I would give them a -10 if I could. Total quacks, bad attitudes, don't even do extractions... Lied to me about my teeth (I looked at the xrays), then referred me to another dentist to DAMAGE my teeth further. Needless to say, I disregarded their opinion and went elsewhere for proper care.

I went here for about 4 years. Had no issues until this nasty mouth infection my 8 year old got. I told them about it and they denied everything. But unfortunately for them I know one of the girls that works there and she told me they have not been cleaning there tools properly! GROSS NASTY place stay clear!
