I always feel welcome when I come in & greeted. The hygienist was very kind, understand & explaining how to keep my teeth in good shape. The dentist was very professional & making sure that I understood what was his concerns & the plan to take care of the problem. The billing department was very helpful in giving me a pamphlet for extra financial help.

This is the friendliest place to go when you need help!! They are very informative without being pushy and provide you with choices which means …..YOU have a voice!!! A very smooth and pleasant experience going in for a check-up! The receptionist Hope was very friendly, as were Dr. Pratt and the hygienist, Annette--who were both also helpful and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Would highly recommend Family First Dental to anyone.
