Really appreciate their focus being on the teeth and the dental health. The staff is friendly and helpful, the office looks great, is nice and clean and, best of all, uncomplicated. They even have neck support cushions!
Geraldine does the best cleaning ever! Doctor Dean was great about showing me on the x-rays what my teeth needed and describing treatment options. Thank you to everybody for being so nice! I so enjoy such a positive experience at the dentist, and really do love having my teeth cleaned and polished.

I decided to go to Family First Dental in Kennewick to get a crown checked that was put on by a different dentist that was causing some issues.
Dr. Zentz and her team replaced the crown and did a great job!
I ended up having to get a root canal in that tooth due to trauma to the nerve from all the work. Today I went in to do the follow up and have a little more work done. She even cleaned up some poorly done work from another dentist who I saw in North Dakota.
From the first appointment, Dr. Zentz and her team have been kind and patient, especially with my nervousness of being back at the dentist.
Every appointment at Family First Dental has been great and I highly highly recommend Dr. Zentz!
A few appointments later and fixing the mistakes of 2 other dentists, I’m so happy with the work that has been done!😌

Dr. Almond made me feel comfortable and relaxed before my tooth extraction. I walked into this dental office with no clue I would walk out with new friends. Kim the hygienist is amazing! From the minute I opened my mouth she made me feel like she had known me forever. I am mortified of the dentist and she explained step by step what she was doing. Dr Watkins came in and introduced hisself! He was very gentle and also explained the process and set up a plan that works for me. This dental office goes above and beyond. From the front desk girls, to the check out girls, hygienist, and doctors they are all so sweet and caring. I will never go anywhere else as long as I’m in Washington.
