I love that I can bring both my girls in to get their teeth cleaned at the same time. Which makes for one quick and efficient visit. Dr. Watkins is the best with my kids and they love him! Lori and Kim always do a super job cleaning the girls teeth. All together the best dental office and staff in the Tri-Cities for sure. We are so happy at Family First Dental!

Switched to Family First Dental this last week. I will say it was a good move. It was nice to see how friendly the office staff was. They greeted and talked to me and others in the waiting room. It wasnt the typical walk up to the counter sign in sit down and wait your turn. Dr Pratt and the Hygienist were very funny and gentle. They also did a good job explaining my treatment and options. The facilities are nice, comfortable and clean.

This dentist always makes me feel relaxed and safe. They are gentle as they clean or examine and are good at describing what they are doing. They are friendly and happy. I don't love going to the dentist, but Family First Dental does make it a lot more pleasant. I highly recommend.
