Dr. Rowe and his staff are quick to address and handle your needs. Whether it's just a cleaning or check up or a major dental crisis. I'm always taken care of in a timely manner. I have all of my dental work done with Dr. Rowe and his staff. They are always friendly and prompt. They get you in and get you fast. When you have a dental history like mine it is great to walk in and walk out with a new tooth on the same day. No temporary crowns and no return appointments to have the lab made tooth put back in. Super convenient and fast. I can't say enough.

Dr. Rowe takes his time explaining everything you need/want to know. He is knowledgeable and friendly, he makes sure you are fully informed, if you have questions or concerns. It takes me about 45 min to get to his office, but the service provided is worth it. His care for patients is genuine, and he truly does all he can to make a trip to the dentist a positive experience.

He is kind and does not shame you for not flossing enough, but will be straight to the facts on what is happening with your teeth and give you options. He also leans toward conservatism in regards to procedure. I like the wait and see option when it's not something dire. I always know he has my best interest and comfort in mind. All of the hygienists and support staff are incredible as well.

I’ve been coming into Ideal Dentistry in Kennewick since the end of March and I’ve really enjoyed the personal care I’ve been given compared to my last dental place. Dr Rowe and staff are very polite and make me feel good when I come to get teeth cleaned and check ups. Dr Rowe has great advice and expertise on old fillings and clear aligners. I’m looking forward to getting my old fillings out with the mercury and new ones put in without mercury. Thank you!!

The best. In 40 years of going to the dentist I've finally found the right place. Very friendly staff and they do great work. They also install implants which I have found to be more affordable as well as a superior product. I'm even having them replace one that I got done at west Richland family dental which has never been right.
