Not your normal dental office. The team at Ideal Dentistry is truly a unique group. Everyone there honestly tries to make a connection with you. I could write a short story about all the conversations I had with at least 5 of the employees including the doctor himself.
Ideal dentistry was able to get both my husband and myself in within a day. We had both cracked a tooth over the weekend and had trouble finding somewhere to get in. My regular office closes for a long holiday break. But these guys made a point of letting us know they wanted to see us both soon to assess the damage and prep us for the next step.
At both visits, the doctor took the time to have a thorough conversation to explain everything to us instead of just letting the assistants do it. Dr Rowe sat next to me for at least 7-10 mins. He not only went over my issues but even asked how my husband was doing after his appt the day before.
I have worked as a dental assistant in the past and I have never met a doctor quite like Dr Rowe. I honestly don’t even know how to explain how impressed I was with him and how my appt went. They figured out the problem quickly and even made time to fix it then. We will definitely be going back to Dr Rowe from now on.

As a person who has a fear of dentist now after two years I can walk into this office with out panic attacks. The staff is amazing and Dr Rowe makes you feel at ease. Everyone in the office cares about the comfort of your mouth and your state of mind. I had extensive work done with sedation dental work. I used to hide my smile because of the condition of my teeth and now I smile and laugh with pride, I cant thank Dr Rowe and the staff at Ideal Dentistry enough for caring for me and taking the time to help me. If you have any fears let them know they will work with you.. my first time I cried on the phone and all I heard was its OK I am here when you can talk. Great place. You guys are the best!
