My visit today was phenomenal! I am continuously amazed at the improvements in all areas of my dental experience. Dr. Greer's excellent expertise is very apparent. Today I discovered the comfort of a messaging dental chair! I specifically appreciate the kindness demonstrated by everyone at this practice.

I went to Dr. Orozco hoping that he could contour and/or add composite to my 4 front, upper teeth. I am 52 years old, and when I was younger hardly anyone was getting braces...and I really needed them! Years of chipping teeth because of this led me to ask what ended up going to 2 other dentists to contour/add composite. It did not go well - they looked worse - not better. I thought I would end up having to get veneers - spending lots of money. Luckily, I went to Mid-Columbia Dental and Dr.Orozco. He spent at least an hour shaping my teeth and they look AMAZING! I could tell that he CARED. He used a variety of tools and kept stopping to look at how things were progressing. He wanted to try and save me from spending money - and he did. I am so thankful for this and his expertise. My whole family will now be moving to Mid-Columbia Dental!

Dentist offices make me super nervous. I was lucky to find mid-Columbia dental! They were able to get me in quickly, put me at ease and take care of my dental needs. Feels very clean in the office and everyone was kind.

Friendly staff, very happy with my first cleaning! Doctor and hygienist both explained everything that they were doing start to finish and were very helpful with any questions I had! Waiting room was comfortable and they even offer you coffee/ water while you wait. Thank you for making this experience great, dentists usually make me anxious and it felt good walking out realizing that I wasn’t all that anxious to come back next time!! 5 stars for sure!

Patient kindness and care is taken to the next level at Mid-Columbia Dental. The office is clean, hygienic and always well-staffed. I've gotten cavities filled here as well as regular cleanings. They have massage chairs and Netflix-enabled televisions to help you sit through tricky appointments. You get the sense that the hygienists, dentists and receptionists really enjoy their jobs and adding to comfort. I can't recommend them enough. They brought to light how much I put up with my previous dentists in Newark, CA

While visiting my son in the Tri Cities I cracked my crown. Dr. Greer at Mid Columbia Dental in Pasco were highly recommended. I called them and got an appointment right away and had the greatest experience ever at a dentist office. All were friendly, happy, gentle, and professional.

*update* I’ve been with MCD for 3 years now and have no reason to look elsewhere. They are consistently kind and professional, which is hard to eat in the dental field.
My 7 year old daughters visit was stellar. They have taken many steps to sooth anxiety and allowed for a very positive experience for her. MCD has also done an excellent job of connecting and creating meaningful discussions about healthy teeth and lifestyles. Glad to have them in the community! Their plans for community outreach and pairing with non-profits is a stellar example of the fine line of business ownership and responsibility.

I have nothing but positive things to say after my visit here!! I have a lot of dental anxiety and medical fears in general but the staff here was so accommodating and kind to me!! I felt at home and really comfortable here. The waiting room was so cozy and it really set the mood for how good of a time I would have.
