Staff is friendly. I always feel comfortable on my dentist appointments. Facility is clean and I am always reminded a day before my scheduled appointments which is convenient for any patients. Their prices are affordable and they accept most dental insurance! One thing that I don't like about this facility is during my recent visit they did not fulfill or finish the entire dental service that I came there for that specific day and they were so far behind schedule that I waited 1 hour and 20 mins after my scheduled appointment time to get what I needed done that day. I found out later that they didn't do all my cavity fillings and I had to come another day which is really inconvenient because I am moving out of town and their appointments are booked up to 2 months.

Great Clinic! The staff are all really friendly and explain everything really well. I always feel completely cared for here and know exactly what they are going to do. They accept all different kinds of insurance, including Medicaid for adults and children and also have a sliding scale for those who lack insurance or for those whose insurance is insufficient. I'm glad they opened here.

This place sucks period end of story! I went to this barbaric place with a tooth ache the dentist persisted that I get 2 teeth pulled beside the tooth that is pain. He pulled the 2 teeth that wasn't hurting ripping my gums all up to the point of stitches. And says he don't have the time to pull the tooth that hurts so make another Apointment..no pain meds or antibiotics. I've sence went to a much better dentist. If you have the option avoid this place!

Unify Family Dental was by far the best dental experience I'v had getting dental work. Dr Wesley walked me through every step of my extraction to make me comfortable. No pain at all through the process. Elizabeth at the front desk, was nothing but helpful and extremely kind. Victoria the dental assistant was a doll as well. Thank you Unify Family dental for caring so much about my worries and expectations. You guys are the best! And I definetly had a "Unfied Family Dental" experience!

I was 2 minutes late walking in after already calling to let them know. After I show up at 4:17 for an appointment at 4:15 they told me they have to reschedule because I was late. There was not a single person in the waiting lobby. There is no reason they should have decided me. So if you are a a parent or are just busy with work and stuff I would not recommend this place they are not reliable at all.

Unify Family Dental deserves to have 100 stars. My visit there was the best experience at a dentist's office l have ever had. Thier employees are friendly and experienced. Never thought I would say this about a dentist office. I'm glad I found them.

I have three separate occasions called and waited for over half an hour just to try to schedule my son's dentist appointment. No one answers the phone. I will find a different dentist.

I drive an hour to come to the dentist for my 4th appt and they tell me they rescheduled me. I got no phone call no message nothing and drive and hour in the snow to not even get seen. Worst dentist I have ever been too. If I could give a zero star I would!

Incredibly unprofessional. Receptionist lacks basic information about services provided. Because of their limited staff they are not even seeing individuals for cleaning or restorative work until February at the earliest. I would not waste your time at this place. Call Moscow’s Chaz Dental clinic and they will get you your exam and cleaning within two weeks!

Would recommend to anyone to get their dental work done here. Dr. Harrington squeezed me in for emergency extractions and remedied a serious problem as well as Dr. Wesley for getting the ball rolling. The rest of the support staff are wonderful people that truly show care and support for patients.
