I'm honestly without words. Weather this is the practice of really great customer service or people that genuinely care about you and your oral health is hard to say for sure. Regardless they have won my heart. I love this place and highly recommend them for anyone. They are all about your comfort and making sure your teeth are healthy. All staff is incredibly sweet and the moment you walk through the door you know you're safe. Oh, AND they give you a toothbrush after your visit. How neat is that?

I didn’t have an experience because I have never been there. I made an appointment because my husband has been there, but I needed to cancel and I did 23 hours BEFORE my appointment and Ms. Rochelle with her kind self informed me that they will be charging me a cancellation fee and then she proceeded to ask me what was the reason for me cancelling. I didn’t know that you have to explain to the dentist office why your cancelling your appointment. Ooh well....as for my husband... I did ask him what did he like about Kim Nordberg DDS and he reply was he went to get his bridge fix and came out with a tooth pulled and the bridge hasn’t been fix to this day and that was roughly about a month ago. Thank you Kim David Nordberg and your lovely receptionist Rochelle for giving me the experience to never want to have an experience with your dentistry. L.M.Hoard
