I've been all over this country as an Army Combat Medic, so I can honestly say I have the very best dental group, I have ever been to. From the Receptionist to the Hygentist, to the Assistant, and the very best Dentist, they are all truly an amazing group of people.

I love the Cedar Dental Group. Very few people love going to the dentist and the professionals here understand that and truly go out of their way to make sure you are as comfortable as possible. I have never met a person there who wasn't friendly, warm and professional. As I say all of this I feel that I should mention that prior to finding Dr. Courtney, I had a few dental office experiences (at other clinics) that had me on tears due to the pain and the stress. Cedar Dental Group probably saved my teeth because I was pretty close to vowing never to see a dentist again.

I was referred to dentist Dr. Courtney by a coworker about 6 years ago and have been a customer since. I have sensitive teeth and hated going to the dentist because of the pain I have experienced before (at another dentist office) just during regular cleanings. The reason I have stayed with this dentist all this time is because I have never experienced any discomfort during cleanings. They do a really good job. Also, the staff is friendly and professional and they send reminder text-messages for appointments.

I have always enjoyed visiting Cedar Dental Group. I'm usually greeted with smiling staff and a cheerful "Hi". It always makes my day go better.
The waiting room is comfortable and visually pleasant. Waiting is kept to a minimum with an escort to the dental chair by the dental assistant. Rooms are clean and orderly; chair is comfortable enough to catch some ZZZ,z while being worked on. Staff ensures patients are comfortable, relaxed and with minimal pain acccording to procedure. They are also pretty fast in completing visit in timely manner. All in all a positive experience.

I saw Dr.Courtney to have a 6 tooth bridge replaced with 4 crown and 2 implant crowns. This whole process takes several month and trips between the dentist and the oral surgeon. I asked for a temporary bridge rather than a flipper during the four months it takes for the implants to set. Aerial made my new temporary bridge look and feel better than my last permanent bridge that I broke.
Dr. Courtney was great and I never felt like he was rushed to move on to another patient. In fact, while at the oral surgeon’s office I ran into another of Dr.Courtneys patients, he went on and on about how much he liked Dr. Courtney.
Because I will be paying for a lot of this out of pocket, I really appreciate Rhema helping me figure out the finance and insurance side of things. Cedar dental was much less expensive than the quote from my prior dental office in Puyallup.

I highly recommend this dental office!! The staff is friendly, well-knowledgable and accommodating to your schedule and personal needs. Their chairs are comfortable but more importantly Dr. Courtney and hygienist, Linh are really gentle. This was very important to me personally. They have a beautifully maintained office with really kind front office personnel. As a person who has worked in dental offices for many years I definitely recommend this dentist to you, and your children will feel more than welcome as well. Love them!
