Doctor Sun is really professional.
I took X ray for the purpose of doing teeth whitening but then he found out I should do multiple fillings.
He is nice and professional and give good suggestions and let me have good and smooth filling process.
The clinic in whole is also very good and quickly responsive to things.
Highly recommend to come to this doctor and also whole clinic.

Dr Sun is the best dentist I’ve ever had! He’s very skilled and very care about patients’ situation. He’s the dentist that both me and my mom trust. He did my new crown within 2.5hrs! What a time saver! That’s amazing! There was another dentist in other clinic politely refused to clean my mom’s teeth before since her teeth are in risk to drop off. After Dr Sun’s treatment, her oral health improved so much and she’s super happy! Dr Sun for sure is our “Dr Sunshine”! His assistant Vlad is a very good guy. I like his service when I was in the clinic. If you got any teeth problem, trust me, go to Dr Sun you’ll find everything solved happily!

Doctor Sun is great very personable. He also always knows what pair of shoes I'm wearing which is a great added touch. It actually makes me feel even more comfortable going there. I had the pleasure today of having my teeth clean by Abby and she literally had me laughing the entire time. It made the experience at the dentist. Fun and a good break for my daily monotony of work. Everyone at Belltown Modern Dentistry was super nice on my visit. The reception, the hygienist and the dentist could not have been more accommodating and patient. As a person who suffers from dentist-anxiety, they took their time and explained everything, tried different techniques until I was comfortable, and even took breaks so I wasn’t overwhelmed. The dentist was super gentle and tried to work quickly so that it was over fast! I especially liked that after the initial x-rays and superficial check, they explained what the course of treatment should be and then before any work was done, the receptionist came in and explained what my insurance would cover and what the cost would be. It was all very transparent and I appreciated that. I highly recommend Belltown Modern Dentistry!!!

Dr Sun and Vlad were excellent! They took great & professional care of my teeth and made sure the process was comfortable. They also gave me interesting insights about oral health and how to make sure my teeth stay healthy. Would definitely come back!

I am absolutely disgusted by the billing practice of this dental office. The doctors may be great, but that doesn't excuse the shady behavior of their billing department. I paid over $1,000 for a crown in March 2022, despite having double insurance, and was promised a refund as soon as they collected the check from my insurance. That was a LIE!

For the next EIGHT months, I sent multiple emails and made numerous phone calls to inquire about my refund, only to be met with excuses and blame-shifting. They claimed there was some paperwork mix-up and asked me to contact my insurance to clarify, even though it was their responsibility to figure it out. I spent hours going back and forth between the insurance and the dental office, trying to get them to resubmit paperwork and process my refund. Finally, in November 2022, the insurance sent them a check, but it's now March 2023 and I still haven't received my money.

Every time I tried to call the dental office, they made excuses and blamed the insurance company for their incompetence. It's not my job to do their work for them, and yet they thought it was acceptable to make me do all the legwork to get my refund. I have a full-time job and don't have time to waste on this nonsense. I would NEVER recommend this dental office to anyone, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where they value their patients and treat them with respect.

Great service! I had a filling issue from my previous Dentist in Chicago and Dr Sun adjusted it. Now it feels much better. He took the time to explain what was wrong and why. Vlad and Dylan were great too!

Recently went for my cleaning here. Abby was really thorough with the cleaning and just personable which makes the dentist visits less scary. Dr. Bienstock is also very professional and I can have an open discussion with him on what kind of treatment will best suit me.

Vlad was an amazing assistant, he did a great job with x-rays and was really gentle with me. I had a deep cleaning and lazer first time in my life and having a great assistant by my side is always a blessing. Would definitely recommend to others.

Highly recommend! Initial visit for exam and cleaning with Vlad and Dr. Bienstock was very smooth, easy to schedule, and exceeded expectations. Very friendly and professional interactions with the dentist taking time to thoroughly explain everything. This practice also has state of the art equipment and procedures compared to any other dentistry I’ve experienced.
