Billing and appointments have been easy and straightforward. The doctors and assistants explain things and answer any questions you have so you understand what care you're receiving and how to best take care of your own teeth.

I’m in town for a banking program and cracked my veneer on Friday night. They were able to get me in Saturday morning and bond it back together so I could eat and not look ridiculous. Everyone from Amber at the front desk to the dental assistant and doctor were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

5 stars all around. I had a dental infection, causing a high fever and great pain. It was a Saturday and most places were closed, but the receptionist Nikki (pardon me if the spelling is wrong) was able to have me scheduled on phone for a same-day appointment. Dr Rachel Witt and her hygienist (didn’t catch her name because the fever almost made me unconscious) quickly helped me get it diagnosed, drained the lesion and made a prescription and a plan for further treatments. The hygienist saw that I was shivering because of the fever and even brought me a blanket. So grateful for this clinic, would definitely recommend.

I’ve been going here for years and love it! Everyone is so pleasant and professional. Very good at what they do. I got my first filling today and was nervous, but John and Dr. Weh (sp?) were fantastic. And Kayla is the best hygienist ever!

Visiting Seattle for work and unfortunately broke part of my tooth (a filling). Was in a fair amount of pain and stressing trying to find a dentist who could help with short notice. They managed to work me in the same day I called within about an hour or so. Extremely friendly staff and the doctor took extra care to make sure I was numb enough to not feel any pain at all. Highly recommend, and thanks for all of the help!

I had a tooth emergency where a back crown fell off. I was only passing through and was going to Vancouver the next day. Knowing it would be really hard to find a dentist in Vancouver, my husband called up a bunch of dentists in Seattle. This one stood out because they were able to squeeze us in and help us around a difficult situation.
Thank you to Kim the receptionist for being an outstanding person who made us feel comfortable from the get go.
The office is located right in the heart of downtown Seattle. Big, bright windows line the lobby and receptionist area. They have fresh magazines in the beautiful waiting area along with coffee and water.
Dr. Ellen re-cemented the crown in less than 10 minutes and was so thoughtful with the procedure. She would tell me what was going to happen next, and kept checking to see I was not in pain.
Kaylee was the assistant to Dr. Ellen who got me all ready with the initial exam and x-rays. With a warm energy and wonderful attitude, I felt blessed to be in their care.
The procedure costed $200, including an X-ray. For the emergency I was in, I was glad to pay and be on the way.

I could not recommend this dentist more!!! This place is truly family and they really make your smile beautiful! 10 plus years ago I had a crown put in and it was just poorly done and I went to a dentist before this one and asked if they could do a replacement crown and they said no we don’t wanna risk anything. Then I go to this one and boy did I make the best choice of my life! Welcoming from start to finish! Dr. Beckham is absolutely wonderful as well as his staff! My new crown looks better then ever and I’m truly happy and blessed that I went with this dentist!!! Thank you 1 million times!!!!
