new32 Aesthetic and Family Dentistry

Our 3 year old daughter was not scared of dentist appointments after her visit to New32, they are so great with kids! She got to wear cool kid shades, watch cartoons to distract while her teeth got cleaned, and pick out a toy from the treasure chest afterwards. And since she’s been bragging to her brother about going to the dentist it was such a good experience 👍🏼

After moving to Seattle last year, I needed to find a new dentist and picked New32 on a whim because it was located close to my house and the reviews looked good. I'm happy to report that this dental office and it's staff live up to the good reviews :) I love the feel of their office space - it's modern and spacious. This may not matter to some, but it's something I appreciate as every other dentist office I've been a patient at has been fairly outdated and cramped. I've seen both Dr. Shaw and Dr. Jacobson and they are both incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Sunnie is my hygienist and she is lovely and always does an excellent job with my cleaning. If you are looking for a new dentist in the Seattle area, I'd highly recommend this practice.

I had my first appointment with new32 two days ago and could not have been more impressed. My move was required because my previous dentist retired for health reasons. I asked for recommendations from quite a number of friends, and new32 was mentioned by several, in very glowing terms. My previous dentist’s retirement was sudden, and occurred shortly before I was to see him. New32 did not have immediate openings for a prophylaxis visit, but they offered to let me know when a cancellation occurred. They contacted me and I was given an appointment within 3 weeks, which I think is astounding given the fact that I was a new patient to them. The office is convenient, modern, spotless, with parking in the building. The staff is pleasant, thorough, and efficient. My dental hygienist gave me the best cleaning I’ve had in many years, and Dr. Beth Shaw gave me a better head and neck exam (including thyroid) than I have had before. I recommend the practice most highly. I look forward to my next visit.

I received the best care. They knew the details of my medical issues, and even provided an antibiotic when I forgot it. Stacey Gilmore, my dentist for over 30 years, treated me with great skill, respect and humor. The young dentists she partners with are extraordinary, as well. The office is sparkling clean, front office staff is friendly and knowledgable. I drive across Lake Washington to the best dental office anywhere! Thank you, new 32!

They are always punctual, friendly, clean, and professional. As someone who works in the dental field, I have high expectations and they’ve never failed to reach them. I went to my previous dentist for over 20 years so to be able to flawlessly switch to New32 was a huge relief and I’m glad I did! My only complaint is that I didn’t get to visit the toy treasure chest after my appointment. 😜😜

Best dentist office/staff I've ever had! They make you feel comfortable during procedures and overall a great experience. Highly recommend

What a team of professionals. I broke a tooth on Wednesday, they had me in and repaired by Thursday. Can't tell you how much I appreciate that as we head into the holiday season. Dr. Shaw and Dr. Jacobsen, along with all of their staff, understand people. I truly appreciate all of them!

love new32!! i’ve been going to them for about 15 years. Always a comfortable, friendly experience - exceptional staff. I feel blessed and fortunate to have them as my dentists!!! Super fan here 😊

Dr. Gilmore, her assistant Vanessa, are a wonderful team. The front staff is very kind and efficient. I enjoy going there even if it is for a serious dental appointment!

just had my 6 month cleaning with bonnie who was fantastic and a thorough checkup by the dentist. they look after their patients well.
