We saw Dr.Amy for my daughters first dentist visit. She found that my daughter needed a frenectomy that would have caused issues in the future had we not know. All staff is so friendly, awesome and took great care of my daughter! We love Dr.C

They were quick to get my x-rays taken and with in an hours time were able to give me many different option to choose from for fixing my front teeth. Scheduling me for the next day. I am a first time patient with Dr. C Family Dentistry and I had a great experience today! Lyndsey was my hygienist and she was amazing in so many ways! She was very detailed and explained thoroughly what she was doing and why she was doing it as she was cleaning my teeth. On top of that, she doubled checked that the procedures she was doing were covered by my insurance so I wouldn’t have any surprise bills come my way. She was friendly and professional and made my first experience a great one! I had Dr Lansing for my exam and he was very nice and great as well! I will be recommending my family and friend to go here now and will look forward to my next appointment at Dr. C Family Dentistry!

I had an appt at the same time as my 7 year old son - and the efficiency of that alone gets a 5 star review from me. But on top of it, I was a new patient - the X-Ray process was so quick and simple. They’ve invested in new technology and it SHOWS for sure.
They offer botox, which was super quick, painless, and really well done by Dr Jacobson who is extremely well versed in aesthetic injecting.. and I was on my way out the door with a complimentary americano in my hand within 1.5 hours. Super streamlined and lovely.

Everyone I encountered on my visit was very pleasant and helpful. I really liked the way the hygienist handled everything from explaining to me everything she was doing, To talking to me about the financial side of all their recommendations right there in the dental chair. It made for a relaxing experience.
The Dentist was great, taking a few minutes to get to know me and also telling me a little something about himself. This all really made for a great experience.

I am not sure if I should laugh or be mad. I am the formal manager of 3 years at dr c family dentistry. Since leaving the facility I have chosen to continue my children's dental needs and mine and my husbands dental care at this facility because we love dr ball.
However I scheduled my apt for the 17th of this month with the manager, then I got a confirmation call on Thursday the 10th that my apt was on Monday the 14th which it was never changed by me or even asked. The next day I get a text message Friday the 11th from and employee asking if I am
Coming in to my comp exam apt that day. Neither of these Apts were scheduled by me.
I am appalled that due to lack of communication with their staff and proper scheduling that they would send me and my family a dismissal letter. It's actually pretty disgusting that I as a former employee still pay full price for all services just like a normal patient and because no one wants to take accountability it's just easy to dis miss someone. This is another reason so many of their employees have left.
They took my other review down, clearly they didn't want people to see. So here it is again :)

Dr. C Family dentistry has been so amazing through such a difficult time for me and my family. The office ladies and technicians are absolutely amazing and walked me through everything step by step, as well as being there to help jump through all the hoops from my employer to insurance. The doctors are absolutely amazing and not only are honest with you but tell you all of your options and really work with you on what going to work best. They really are just amazing. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. As well as for children, my son is also a paitent and had a great experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. C Family Dentistry. My 50 years of dental fear was wiped out in one visit. Not to mention the professionalism, organization and communication of the entire staff. I’m impressed with the pro active precautions during this pandemic and the promptness of dental care availability. Everyone is genuinely friendly and spent quality time going over my treatment plan as well as assuring my comfort during all my visits. Most of all they have given me a confidence in my smile that I had been lacking for years ! My only regret is not finding them sooner !!!!!!! Thank you everyone who worked with me during my treatment plan !!!!
