Had my first cleaning done today after quite some time due to insurance coverage and all of the staff were so incredible! I was a patient of Dr.Burkes and my insurance routed me to his old office before I found out that Spokane Family Dental had taken over a few years back, they still had my information stored and I am so glad that I found them! The assistant Caitlyn- SO friendly and proficient at her job. Hygienist Lexy- great job and made me feel so comfortable. And Dr. Fisher was such a joy to talk with, she explained everything really well and was very thorough. Overall the staff are very personable and make you feel so comfortable, they’re knowledgeable and have great communication throughout the process. Teeth can be a huge source of discomfort and sometimes embarrassment but I wouldn’t doubt that they’d make you feel right at home and accepted! I would definitely recommend you give them a try!

Great experience in every way. The practice is both welcoming and professional, so you feel at ease and well taken care of. Everyone is super friendly from front office through assistants, hygienists, and dentists. My hygienist Jackie is amazing- the best ever!!

Switching to a new dentist is scary. It was very easy to make an appointment, the receptionist was very helpful. Joryane took me on a short tour of the office and did x-rays. She was super awesome. I don't think I have ever been showed around a clinic before. Off the bat that made me feel comfortable. Jackie, who cleaned my teeth was so amazing, (I get slight anxiety with dentist) she did great at keeping my mind off what she was doing. And then there is Dr. Bushman. It was so nice to be able to connect and talk about our kids. He is also great at prioritizing dental work. Highly recommend this office.

JoRayne and Dr. Bushman are by far the best I've ever had in a dentist office. Everyone is so great there! Being a busy mom of 5 it's hard to justify putting myself first and they always make me feel worthy and welcome and are excited when I give them updates on my life. I wouldn't say I have major anxiety about dentists, but definitely some after a root canal gone wrong elsewhere. I've been in a weightloss journey and getting confidence and I want a smile to match. I know I found the right place and right people!

Had a fantastic experience! Carisa, Kelsey and Dr. Fisher were fantastic and very sweet! I loved getting a tour of the place and the atmosphere is very welcoming! All of my questions were answered no matter how many I asked! Would definitely recommend for anyone needing their teeth taken care of!

What a great experience! The entire staff was friendly and efficient. Sadie at the front desk got me checked with a smile and Dr. Bushman, who just happened to be at the front desk, was likewise very welcoming. My care team when I got to the back was fantastic. This was my first visit and Caitlyn gave me a tour before getting my initial x-rays. She was very engaging throughout this and answered all my questions. Dr. Bushman came in and introduced himself and went over my x-rays, while getting up to speed on my dental history. Next up was Sarah, my hygentist, who took the time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Every member of the staff made me feel at home and like I was their only priority during the time they spent with me. I highly reccomend Spokane Family Dental to anyone looking for a dental office with a family feeling. I should also mention that the facility was very clean!

Had a cleaning tonight, Lexy was awesome! Very personable and easy to talk to. She takes great pride in her work and always checked to make sure I was doing ok. I met Dr. Williams for the first time tonight and he was great! He was patient and easy to talk to, made me feel very comfortable. Both Lexy & Dr. Williams are big dog lover's (as am I) so extra bonus to talk about our fur babies (and maybe soon to be fur baby for Lexi : ) ) I always have a great experience when I come in, cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of me.
