Got three of my wisdom teeth pulled out today and after being numbed the doctor had all of my wisdom teeth pulled out in about five mins and I didn’t feel anything.

Called to schedule a braces appointment. Every question I asked the girl said hold on a minute while I check. Did didn’t know anything about the business. I called the location closest to my house so I wouldn’t have to go far. I made sure it was at the location I wanted. I finally got my appointment scheduled. I went in to the closest location to my house. Went to check in for my appointment and she said “are you here for braces”. I replied “yes”. She said oh that’s at our Valley location, you’re going to have to reschedule. So, their employees don’t know about the business. Complete waste of time.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! Worst experience ever. First off the dentist was really rude, wanted us in and out and had no personal connection when doing 8 cavities on my daughter. A month after the crowns were placed, a molar got infected and needed to be extracted. Then I was told that I need a space maintainer which was $250 additional dollars. Less than a year after the surgery, ALL other 7 crowns that were placed on my daughters teeth are now infected and ALL need to be pulled!! How bad of a dentist do you need to be to screw up 8 crowns?!? Went to get a second opinion and the other dentist was SHOCKED of how horrible of a job apple valley did to my five year old. Now all her back molars need to be pulled and she’ll be left with no back teeth for YEARS!! Do NOT GO THERE!!!! Horrible!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience ever.

EDITING MY REVIEW!! I unfortunately had to be referred to a specialist due to my nerves in my lower jaw but staff where very friendly no attitude was given with me even with my Hoodie that has pentagram and it is rainbow color I felt comfortable there thank you guys they gave me a referral that does not take my insurance it's beyond irritating

I rarely get reviews but this place is horrible. Extreme lack of communication, hack job oral surgeons who don't follow internal policy, appointment cancellations if you don't give them a confirmation within two hours....very childish. And I'm sure the list goes on.
I personally intend to notify the state medical board about there shady business.
