Unless it is absolutely necessary to get oral surgery work quickly, FIND SOME OTHER DENTISTRY TO DO YOUR EXTRACTIONS. The oral surgeon forgot to numb the gum surface before giving shot of novocaine, left part of tooth in, i was shaking and crying from the shots and he seemed put off and in a huge rush then on second appt made excuses for mistakes, gave shots in places that were still not numbed by topical and used no distracting techniques...From beginning was he was informed of my severe dental anxiety specifically pertaining to administering shot and this is how the visit went. At second visit I was again crying and loudly expressing the level of pain and discomfort and nothing improved. As I was leaving there was another patient yelling from the pain of his procedure. This place is awful and I would never have returned but due to my need of dental clearance in a rapid timeframe I had no choice. THEY DO get you in for appts quickly, and accept state insurance. Also the waiting room is nice and kid friendly, and the front desk staff are wonderful. Although my toddler absolutely hated the exam process and the dentist at that exam had no business working with children as his technique was hold him down and force him and when my toddler refused still the dentist gave up.....awful start to dentistry for a child.

I was not happy with the procedure. I mean, who likes getting their teeth pulled? Other than that I don't regret going there. I want to give a special thank you to Haylee. She was comforting and sweet. What a line of work to choose! She is great and forever shall be. Thank you all. I would have liked to been put to sleep though. If you have never had teeth pulled while awake, just be warned. It can cause mental trauma. Didn't realize I went into shock untill afterwards. Still..... Great team .

So far a great experience getting 12 teeth pulled at once isn't easy but everyone has been kind and helpful and understanding as well I was able e to text with the dentist after my surgery with any concerns and he was very prompt. I'm getting my dentures by june 19th and am very excited and I wanna say thanks apple valley for helping me get my smile back

UPDATE!! Horrible place…. It started with. Great place! I had the best time at this appointment. The team is great! I enjoyed Sarah and Tyra to the fullest and the dentist and hygienist were incredibly kind also! I’m glad my family chose Apple Valley but not any longer. They never addressed the problematic tooth which now has to be pulled by a completely different office because they decided to address small cavities instead. They don’t send their referrals out on time either. We have since moved on and would NOT recommend this place to anyone not even the family that owns these practices.

The staff at Apple Valley Dental are truly amazing. They made my dental experience truly as tolerable as possible. Which, because of all the different aspects of what I was going through, is nearly impossible to do. But I have been to other places for similar procedures and felt like it was a "wham, bam, thank you, mam" experience and left in a lot of pain and endured a bunch of unnecessary discomfort. So, thank you, very much for your services Apple Valley Dental on Division. I recommend you for all your services for all ages. Dont worry about the octopus on the top of the building. Some how they have even managed to make it an adult experience, once inside. Yet, satisfy all my daughters needs and helped her conquer all her fears about dental care. She only has a few appointments left before her braces are removed. We look forward to seeing the results and learn what the next recommended plan of action is needed, if any. So they truly are a great choice for all members of your family at any age.
