It's all depends on the dentist. I will say after this year and all the issues bright now was really good about fixing the problems and are on the way to making some great improvements!! They really do care about their patients just have some bumps to overcome.

Got a $300 bill for services that I never received. I'm not too happy with this place. I would recommend finding another dentist. The dentist that I had didn't seem very interested in helping at all. The billing people suck to say the least!

There scheduling times for orthodontic care is absolutely atrocious. Only a day and a half is offered Friday and Saturday before 2pm like seriously. If you have a hectic schedule like I do do waste your time.

We’ve been with BrightNOW for orthodontics for approximately 14 months. In that time we’ve gone through four doctors. Not positive this is the last either. Very disheartening for a child that isn’t super trusting to begin with of other adults. We would not recommend this location to any of our friends or family.

Dr. Shar is very quick but very thorough. I'm a college student who, unfortunately, has had many cavities and has visited many different dentists in Spokane, WA. Dr. Shar is by far my favorite that I've visited and I say, not to be biased, that I fear visiting an alternative dentist.
