I came in on 9/28/22 to visit Monica and Dr.Martin, I had to get 2 crowns done. They were so kind and they talked me through the procedure. So professional and knowledgeable. Dr.Martin cares and made sure I was comfortable. He did an amazing job !! Monica is my advocate when it comes to knowing what I can do to make my smile look better. She helps me understand my insurance. Honestly Monica is my Dental Family😊. She always makes me feel important. If you want people to work on your teeth that have the knowledge and care about what they do, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!

My boyfriend and I just moved to Spokane and we could not have chosen a better dentist! The kindness and professionalism of every member of the staff was so incredible and we could not be more thankful. We both have a lot of dental anxiety and we’d like to give Rachel a huge thank you for all the help she provided. Every single concern no matter how small was addressed with care and compassion. If you’re looking for a place with incredible admin staff, wonderful hygienists, and caring dentists this is the place to go. Highly recommend for those who may be nervous to take the jump for their dental health, even if it’s been a while!

My experience with this dental office was sublime. I might even say that I enjoyed it. Admittedly it’s been awhile since my last dentist appointment and Kayla took very good care of me through the X-rays and dental cleaning. My family and I have found our permanent dental office and couldn’t be more thrilled.

This office deserves more than five stars, truly the best place you could go to for all your dental needs. The staff is extremely nice and always makes sure that you're comfortable. I just recently had to get some cavities removed, I almost fell asleep in the chair while Char & Dr Leale worked on them. Thanks NorthView Family Dental 😊

I highly recommend Northview Family Dental. Everyone is exceptionally kind and informative. They provide amazing dental services. I love the results from my ZOOM! whitening. Monica made sure that I was comfortable throughout the dental whitening process, and she did an incredible job! I'm impressed by how bright my smile is and can't stop smiling!

This is by far the best dentist I have been to in my 34 years of age. The environment is clean cozy and professional. The staff is AMAZING - big shout out to Char for taking extra time to make sure my teeth were aligned properly after my fillings. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

I’m not the biggest fan of the dentist but Monica at Northview Family dental turned my experience around. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease sitting in that chair. You can tell she genuinely cares for the outcome of your experience there. I highly recommend this dentist. Thanks so much for helping me along my teeth journey.

Great dental team. Madison is absolutely the best dental hygienist I've ever been treated by. She is friendly, professional, thorough, efficient, and gentle. She makes you feel comfortable, explains every step, and answers any questions.

This was my first time here and I had an appointment for a cleaning/exam. Scheduling the appointment was easy and I was able to get in the next week. Check in was also easy and I had only a brief wait before I was called to the back. Jodi was my hygienist and she was fantastic. Great conversation and my teeth look great. She seemed very knowledgeable and could’ve passed as the doctor. My only complaint is that my “exam” with the doctor lasted about 1-2 minutes. It was surprisingly quick compared to most exams I’ve had with dentists at other offices. Also, I have an abscess above one of my teeth from an old root canal. My last dentist in another state noticed it on my X-rays and I already have an appointment with an endodontist to repair it. However, the dentist at Northview did not notice the abscess on the X-rays or the swelling/discharge on the gums near the abscess. Just an example of things that get missed when exams are rushed. Overall, it was a good experience but I will probably continue looking for another dentist.

I have been to a range of dentists and it really pays to go to the best dentists. This place is top notch. I had to get a tooth pulled and usually the pain lasts for days. My tooth was pulled about 2:30pm and after the novocaine wore off, I took one round of pain medication. The pain was totally gone by dinner at 6pm and never returned.

From personal experience, my test to feel like I am with a good dentist is if they have a machine that can make a crown on the spot, and they had one. They also had an x-ray machine and imaging technology right at the chair. Another sign I look for in a great dentist.

I had the option to get a dental implant and they explained each step of the procedure and answered every question I had. Then they printed out a detailed billing and explained each step and expense. Then they let me decide which options I wanted without any sales pressure. I highly recommend this dentist.
