Positive experience. Greeted by name at the front desk by Angela. The hygienist escorted me to his station and was acutely aware of all of my intake paperwork. Jeremy has a gentle touch, is very thorough and efficient with his skills. He made slight modifications ahead of time for my sensitive teeth. Dr. Adams has a pleasant, professional demeanor and took the time to educate me further about some unanswered questions I had with previous practitioner out of the area. I feel Cascadia Dental went above and beyond what my expectations were based on past experience. I would highly recommend this practice for someone who wants to work with knowledgeable team.

Filled out new patient info online. Very efficient. When I arrived, I was called in for the exam less than five minutes after sitting down. The hygienist, Daniel, was informative and pleasant. He went right to work and chatted amiably with me to put me at ease. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. When the dentist, Dr. Adams, came into speak with me about pending treatment, he put up the x-rays and explained each problem area and different options for treatment. He was an excellent communicator. I learned more from him about my teeth than any dentist I've ever spoke too. He answered all of my questions in language I could understand and gave recommendations, if asked. After I left the office, I received a follow-up call from a member of his staff, Angela. She asked if I'd like to have a complimentary financial meeting with a manager on staff to prioritize my treatments. I had mentioned I was concerned about cost to the hygienist and the dentist. They listened. I'm very impressed. I'm looking forward to receiving care from this team for many years to come.

Everyone is so kind and helpful. I don't leave a cleaning with a sore mouth, so that's a huge plus! Scheduling is easy and they've been awesome at getting me in for more emergent visits (ex chipped tooth). They even got my mom in emergently when she was visiting from out of state!
My husband used to haaaate going to the dentist and even stopped going for years... And after finally convincing him to go to Cascadia, he now has no problem going for cleanings (even deep cleanings)!

Dr. Adams and his team continue to take wonderful care of my teeth and my two young daughters. I was very nervous to bring in my 2 year old, but the staff immediately welcomed us in, offering toys and even down on their knees playing with her while my teeth were cleaned. HANDS DOWN THE BEST DENTIST! I have extremely bad dental anxiety to the point that I have never consistently gone in my adult life. I have bounced around and been a patient at almost every dentist in the area and never stuck around. I’m not SUPER consistent still, but every time I go in it calms me down just a bit more to where I feel comfortable making another appointment! Dr Adams and his staff are amazing! I just had my wisdom teeth pulled and him and Becca could not have made it anymore of a calming environment!! Just when I felt like It was really getting to much I either was verbally checked in with, reassured, explained to what was happening, or was met with an extremely calming humming from Dr Adams. Really cannot recommend them enough! If you have dental anxiety or phobia, the environment couldn’t get any better (: Also, I can’t end it without saying how amazing the reception staff is as well, so willing to work with you and make sure you have a good understanding of the treatment plan! All around great staff!
