Surprisingly I found my dentist. I am extremely afraid of doctors. With dentists being my worst fear, its amazing that I enjoy every experience there. ok I go in to the dentist office nervous, and as I'm sitting in the chair my nerves tend to heighten, but they make sure that you are as comfortable and as relaxed as possible there. Not to mention I came into their office crying the other day because my entire right side of my face hurt. They made sure I was taken care of. This included checking up on me later that day. Every time I walk in the receptionists are kind and respectful. The doctors and all their assistants are also kind and respectful. This may sound exaggerated, but have you have ever felt like your head would explode? They were there when that happened to me, and within moments they jumped to help. That was a do die day and they kept their professionalism. Not to mention the many other appointments that they have proven their skills and friendliness. I would recommend this dentist to every person I run across. You will not be disappointed.

This office has cHanged . I was a patient of Dr Baer for over 25 years when I moved to Tacoma area and he was awesome . He treated you good and if there was issues he made time to see you and would back to his work if he made a mistake . It wasn’t a feeling like it was all about money or how much insurance you had left .. well that’s over with the new front office people it’s all about them or what works for them and they don’t seem to care if they make a mistake and you just spent $1200 dollars and there work isn’t holding up it isn’t a big deal and we can only see u back when it’s good for us .. doesn’t seem to bother them at all that there work isn’t holding up . And it also seems all about the money now . I agree with some of these other reviews it used to feel
Like family or it used to feel ok there but not anymore .. I would highly recommend you stay Away from the new ownership and new front office staff . And the work they do has been awful since Dr Baer has left it is low quality for top dollar and then they won’t back there work .. becarful here
