I have no idea about the dental care offered. I have called and called and left messages. No return call. My partner drove there and was advised that they would need to speak to my disabled son. Then they need a referral. A run around already doesn't seem like good advertising to me.

Very bad customer service Kimberly more worried about the money than they are the patient tried to get a cleaning wouldn't do it even if I pay out of pocket very rude and like I said more worried about money and financial insurance than the patient please go somewhere else

The billing department doesn’t know how to explain things and give opposite estimates, it’s also known as bait & switch tactic used by private dental offices and dental hygienists not going over the x rays with patients is not right. If hygienists don’t take the time to communicate with their patients, that means dental assistants are beyond unprofessional. Billing department are downright unethical misconduct. There is no need for the billing department to talk in circles, could of handled the 10% incentive in a different manner instead of giving a customer two opposite estimates over the phone! That’s downright unprofessional! Talking in circles tells customers to not come back for future services. Goodbye! There is no need to reach out, Aspen Dental is the next in line! Billing department and dental assistants that mix personal and business, tells patients to not go back there for future business.
