Have been coming here for years and now they are at their new location. Beautiful building. Good location. Never had problems with my cleanings. I wouldn’t recommend getting too much work done at the same time. I did that and it was hard on my jaw and caused TMJ for a couple of months. Otherwise I have no complaints.

The staff were super-friendly (even though I was running a little late 😅). And the hygienist, Laura - oh my goodness! Simply the best. Informative, kind, friendly and thorough. Dr. Steve was as equally friendly and thorough.
Less important, but still impressive: The tech and tools they used were more advanced than what I had been used to. Overall it's a new, impressive facility.

I’ve always had amazing service! Staff are super sweet, friendly and welcoming. I’m not a fan of dentist but Dr Jen has always made me feel comfortable and at ease. The lobby and rooms are always clean and comfortable. If needed they work with you on a payment plan. Thank you

Great dentist office! I have been seeing Laura Blakeman-Stella as my hygienist for a couple years now and highly recommend. A very friendly and personable experience and their new location is great! Dr. Jen is great too and the two of them were clear about what I need to work on to keep my teeth healthy without coming off aggressive.

New Horizons is an excellent dental office. The dentists are great. Their work is exceptional and they are friendly and easy to talk to. My dentist is Dr. Jen and she is a delight. The hygienists and assistants are wonderful. The new office is beautiful. I highly recommend!

First off, the new office is fantastic. It's very very nice. No more paying to park, it's in a better area of Vancouver that's not as populated and full of traffic and they have MASSAGE CHAIRS!!
Besides the building and amazingly comfortable chairs, the staff is great. Front desk staff is friendly and quick, my dental hygienist is always really great. She's nice, she is thorough and very good at what she does. I'm not a fan of dentist offices, for my own reasons, so I'm very anxious at the dentist but I'm very comfortable at New Horizons Dental.
Not to mention, they gave me really rad purple sunglasses to wear during my treatment that brought out the inner 5 year old in me.

I was scheduled to see my dentist for a crown and some other work and was told that they had left due to an emergency. It's very hard for me to schedule time off of work and initially I was very upset.
My follow up appointment was with Dr. Jen. She was very apologetic about what had happened and was very understanding about why I was so upset. Dr. Jen was very professional and by far one of the most skilled dentists I have ever worked with. I was very comfortable during my time in the chair.
Dr. Jen is definitely the standard that all other dentists should strive to follow.

Been going to New Horizons for the past few years and have never had a bad experience. They’re always running on time, staff has always been friendly and approachable and office is clean and tidy. Janet is the best hygienist I’ve ever gone to.

I was looking for a new dentist and will continue to look. I just wanted to go in for a basic cleaning and asked to know how much it cost. The lady I spoke with wouldn't tell me the price but kept talking about some dental plan they have. I kept asking for the cost but she kept insisting that the dental plan was cheaper and wouldn't answer my question.
I was then told that I wouldn't be able to seen anymore for a few months for cleanings. I don't remember her name but it didn't seem like they were very interested in my business so I'll go somewhere else.
