I had oral surgery on September 27th. I have very high anxiety with dental work. Dr.Delgado and his team were very professional,kind and take they time to relax me. Before giving my anesthesia and proceeding with surgery.

Seems like a nice place, and the front desk staff was polite, but they have rescheduled and cancelled my appointment 4 times in a row, over 3 months. I think there is no excuse for this. Super disappointing.

To preface this, I'd like to share that I am a person who had a joyous dental experience my entire childhood and into early adulthood and on. I had a bad experience for the first time with oasis dental so I came here about 3-4 years ago and I was very happy, very pleased, everyone was wonderful, asked all the important questions. Well, my last appt with them was the second worst dental experience I've ever had. I decided to give them another chance as I needed a filling. I was told it would only take "two minutes" which would've sounded nice to most people but that just sounded hasty to me. When he was done he didn't even ask me how it felt and it felt a little off but I wasn't sure since I was still so numb. When I got home and it had worn off more I could feel that he didn't grind it down enough and my bite is now lopsided and uncomfortable and it actually hurts and my tooth doesn't even feel like a tooth. It feels very rough and I've had fillings before from this place and they did not feel like that. I'm not sure what happened to all the great people who used to work here, but they're gone. I wasn't going to risk going back in to have them correct it because at this point I have no faith in this establishment and teeth cost WAY too much money to essentially be gambling to have the person who didn't do it right the first time to correct it. When I called and spoke to a receptionist about all of this, they did not care and were pretty nonchalant. I don't recommend going here.

They hurt me a lot just trying to do my x-rays. The manner in which the assistant worked with me just felt unprofessional and like she didn’t know what she was doing. They then did a TERRIBLE job of cleaning my teeth. After the dentist suggested some work that I didn’t want to do at the time, they basically hurried through and pushed me out the door. I would never go back nor recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was very professional and accommodating. Upon finding additional dental work while in the process, it was taken care of. My visit took a couple different visits to complete, but it was handled very well and I was able to take care of it the day I walked in and the very next day. It was very timely which was appreciated as the work needed to be done ASAP. Kelvin Tran was amazing and saw to my every need and then went the extra mile. I was very fearful of the dentist because of childhood trauma, but all of that was erased after this long awaited visit and I wasn’t chastised for my lack of care and given a great plan for going forward that was implemented with enthusiasm and understanding. This is a great dentistry with great people and I will definitely be returning here for all my dental needs. I would definitely refer others here as well, a very lovely place full of the best people. Thank you for everything!
