I chipped my tooth today and called Harmony. They fit me in within a few hours. Even with the extra steps they are taking with Covid I was in and out within an hour. You can't even tell my tooth was chipped. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Safety precautions were NOT taken in the removal of amalgam filling; no rubber dam, no nasal cannula no protection gown or hair net and inadequate suction to protect from mercury vapors - nothing whatsoever was done to protect from mercury vapors just ordinary drilling right into the air I was breathing and swallowing. . I have found a dentist to remove the remaining amalgam filings

Against Planned Obsolescence
After 1.4 hours, the dentist finally saw me in a hurry to tell me that there wasn't time to do my filling and or to check my other teeth, because she wanted to focus on just the one that was bothering me, but they didn't explain me that when I schedule the appointment and I felt like I wasted my time.
Besides, they didn't even have a changing table in the restroom.

unprofessional doctor . She insisted on getting more xrays done on me even I brought my own bitewings xrays from another dentist with less then 1 month ago. Also brought my FMX from 2018 . American dental association recommends FMX done with 3 to 5 y interval. My FMX was only 1 y and few month old. After I refused to do more xrays . Doctor refused to even talk to me she was hiding in her office and front office receptionist told me I would not be a good fit for her practice.

I had a bad experience with another Dental office in Vancouver and I would always pass by Harmony Dental, I was desperate for an appointment and frustrated at the last Dentist office and so I went in and they took care of me and made sure my daughter was seen twice in the same week and they were super friendly and I am so helpful. Thank you harmony dental!!!
