Awesome staff! VERY helpful and friendly. I had a short wait before I was seen. The team listened to all my concerns regarding issues with sitting in chair and turning neck. They made the chair comfortable and worked with me.

Probably the best dentist office I've been to. I've had life long problems with my teeth and have seen many dentist. My teeth are bad and they made me feel just fine, instead of making me feel bad about myself they are all about what can they do to get me better. I truly appreciate the good people at this dental clinic. Currently getting started on the process of getting dentures and I couldn't have picked a better place to get my new smile!

I had a small growth one my gums so I called West Richland Family Dental. They gave me an appointment quickly and conveniently. Dr. Madsen identified and immediately took care of it with his characteristic compassion. Everybody from the receptionists to the dental assistants were pleasant and professional. There is no dentist I would rather go to and no other dental group I would use.

Dr. Madsen and Brandi were a fantastic team. They removed six old crowns and I had no pain during any of the work they performed. They were both considerate, checking on how I was doing throughout the time I was there. I was given instructions on living with my temporary teeth and know that if I have any issues prior to getting my new crowns I can call the office and will be taken care of by skilled staff.
