On a scale of 1-10 I rate Avanta at 500!!! I came in on an emergency basis and they quickly made room for me. Everyone at the front desk was warm, friendly and welcoming and quickly got me checked in. As many others, I have very high anxiety at dental appts. The tech who led me in and prepped me (and assisted the extraction) was so patient and calming, very kind and reassured me and answered all my questions. The doctor who performed the extraction was also very kind and patient, explaining why it was necessary and everything that it entailed. She even asked if I would like to have me husband come in for moral support (I would and he did). She was so careful to make sure I was completely numbed and told me to raise my hand during the procedure if I felt any discomfort. She and the tech were amazing! I was referred to Avanta by a family member and I will always and only go to them, as well as referring them far and wide! I'm so glad to be able to post my experience with them and I thank each and every person in that office for their professionalism, warmth and kindness! May God bless and keep you all! Everyone is super nice. There's hardly any wait time. The front desk is very helpful with insurance and payments. They accept Care Credit. Dr. Tina explains everything well so you understand what is happening and the benefits of the treatments. The assistants are gentle with cleanings. I would recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely love this place, and considering my fear of dentists that says a lot! I went in because I needed a crown. They made the crown during my appointment and seated it immediately!! Amazing!! Bianca and Dr Tawil were amazing too! They were very kind and made my visit go smoothly. I was cold and they gave me blankets to use during my visit! I would highly recommend this dentist and other staff professionals at Avanta Dental to everyone.

Usually pretty weary about going to the dentist as I’m consistent with tooth care myself but decided it’s time for a cleaning! Everyone was super nice and welcoming! Allan was great at the desk and Dr. Ferguson was super helpful and did an amazing work on my teeth! Definitely recommend this place!

Very lucky choice I made to go here. My dr is Pat Ferguson and he does an excellent job. The shots were actually painless and he makes sure that you are absolutely numb and ready before going to work. It's a very comfortable environment. The rest of the staff that I've met are also very professional and helpful. Jazmin at the front desk is always kind and inviting. I don't have all their names yet, but Wendolee and Trinity are also very helpful and sweet. These qualities I appreciate greatly at the dentist's office. It's a good place to go get it over with. 5 stars.

I absolutely love coming to Avanta Dental off of Nob Hill in yakima. I was greeted by receptionist Ana, she welcomed me in with a smile and continued to be helpful. Showing me what I would be doing and the time frame of said appointment. Avanta Dental is excellent at working around my schedule making it easier to take the best care for my health. I definitely recommend this place👏💃

I have been coming to Avanta dental now for a little more than 6 months, every interaction with the staff has been great. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to. Not once have I felt nervous about a visit. They always educate me and keep me informed on how to take good care of my teeth. Alyx sealed two of my teeth today and she was very professional and efficient. I can tell she and her co worker knew what they were doing and enjoy what they do for a living. I did not get her co workers name, but they both did a great job sealing my teeth! Dr. E had to do a little cleaning before they could seal. It was over in seconds and I didn't feel a thing. Thank you Avanta for having a great team. I will be sure to recommend you to all of my friends for dental work.

Brought a family member here for the 1st time! Best dental clinic we’ve been too! Allan at the front desk was amazing and very helpful and so was everyone else on the team. Will be coming back soon. Highly recommend coming here if you haven’t.

Overall good experience. Scheduled myself for a routine cleaning and checkup. All was well, environment was welcoming and staff was friendly. Especially Allan at the front desk, greeted me with a smile, a light conversation, and even made me laugh with a subtle joke. A pleasant experience and I recommend their services

Dr. Tawil is amazing. Kind and so gentle. Did I have teeth pulled? And Wendolee is friendly and makes the visit easier. I love the the entire staff, and all of the dentists I have been with. I’ve never had to wait more than three minutes, when I show for my appointment. This is a great dentist to make your smile beautiful.
