Dear charleston Dental Associates the customer service was great on Tuesday and as always. I found out that I have a few things wrong with my teeth. My teethe got cleaned. Then Then with photo of my teethe Dr Pennington saw that there was a few things wrong with my teeth. Soon they will be fixed.

My daughter loves it here. Jeanna the associate is the best she interacts and keeps a conversation going. They celebrate your kids here and that's another plus. The Penningtons are wonderful.

I feel this dental office has horrible customer service! I scheduled my son an appointment here and the first time they claim my son isn’t covered by his medical insurance which was incorrect. Rescheduled, and the second time I got lost and held up by one way streets so I was eight minutes late. The front desk receptionist then advised me I’d have to reschedule which would be a month out. My son missed school and now has an unexcused absence. Plus he needs to see the dentist ASAP as he has cavities. I’m so displeased with the way we were treated I do not wish to reschedule with this dental office because they were too dismissive as if they could care less about my child’s oral health. I’d like to feel the sense of caring and the want to help not the opposite. I’ll have to travel further to go to another dentist.
