I have always been deathly afraid of going to the dentist. I have had good ones and downright scary ones. I was so scared to have my tooth fixed. BUT they were so awesome! They were kind to me. They continuously asked if I was ok. They listened when I said that I could feel it and took action for me. I am so relieved and I feel so blessed! God found me a great bunch of people to take care of my teeth. I highly recommend them. If it wasn't for COVID I would have hugged each one of them so tight!

Thank you to Charleston Dental , Dr Ballard and the very helpful nurses I was relieve of a very painful situation. I called in and explained that j had a throbbing tooth ache and was told to come in immediately and would be worked in for treatment . Thankfully I was relieved of the pain and my problem was solved . I will never go to any other dentist , it was the most caring and thoughtful visit .

I never leave reviews but I feel I must. I called at least 6 other pediatric dentist today after my infant son had a slip and fall and no one was willing to see him even for a minute because he was not an existing patient. I wanted to cry because I just wanted to make sure he was ok but that was seeming impossible. This office accepted us right away (1/2 hour later). Not only that but they were extremely kind and understanding of my concerns. Never talked to me like I was stupid like some doctors I have seen. They were extremely gentle with my 11 month old and I will be back with my 3 year old. They certainly know how to treat a patient. ❤️

Very friendly cheerful staff, quality preventative teeth cleaning service, good explanation of benefits and home cleaning tips. Very happy with my first time experience.
