When we moved to Charleston we heard great things about Dr. Pennington from our friends and neighbors. I was surprised when I walked in the office everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was great at scheduling my next appointment on my time frame. Dr. Pennington was gentle and really attentive. I've found my new dentist definitely.

The staff here is wonderful and kind. Everyone seems very knowledgable to their individual positions and also work to help each other. Every time I have been there, to include an emergency appointment, I was worked right in. I have never waited inside the waiting room area for more than 5-10 minutes before being taken back for treatment. All my visits have resulted in excellent experiences.

I want to say thank you to Charleston Dental Associates for everything they do. I've never seen or had a dentist so sweet and kind before and that speaks volumes about who they are. I recommend everyone to them because they do a fantastic job! They even sent me a card (which they didnt have to do) and i want to thank them! So thank you so much for being the best!

They were nice people,but when I had my tooth pulled and was in alot more pain then I started all they would do is call me a days worth of pain meds that didn't work 3 days later I'm in more pain then before having my tooth pulled.They didn't try getting me back in to even look at me friday and now Sunday I'm in alot of pain.They charged me 330 for one tooth removal which is high. I will be seeing someone else this week. I wouldn't recommend this dentist office to anyone unless you just need your teeth cleaned. A complete refund should be done for the way I was treated.

I still love this office! Of course I really miss Dr. Graziani and wish he was still there, but the new dentist, Dr. Jackfert is wonderful with children and my husband really likes Dr. Pennington. Also everyone in the office is so nice and the administrative staff goes over and beyond to help me with issues with my insurance, appointment times, etc. They are all really nice and accommodating and we love them.

I went in for an appointment and was told my insurance wasn't active. I just called and verified that it was active in less than a minute through delta dentals automated system, not sure why they couldn't do this. They informed me that I had to leave because it was their last appointment and they were closing. I'm also not sure why they wouldn't verify this before the appointment like all my other doctors do. 👎
