I was very nervous to go in for my appointment today because of bad experiences with past Dentist.
All that worrying was for absolutely nothing. I have never been so comfortable with a Dentist, ever. The entire staff is AMAZING! LOVE them all!
I live in Kentucky and will gladly drive the hour and 15 minutes to their office. I am actually looking forward to my next visit. 🙂
We need more dentists just like Dr. Simpson, she is amazing!

From the first call I made to them, the staff was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Dr. Christen and her assistant were both amazing at what they do. They took the time to talk with me, gave excellent care, and had great chairside manner. The hygienist that worked on my husband was by far the most thorough he has had yet. We are very happy to have them as our new dental office.

I’ve never been one to leave a google review, but I feel that this dental office deserves all the stars you can give them. Dr Mark is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. My teeth have always been something that I’ve been embarrassed about, and I’ve had other dentists be rude or crack jokes about my teeth. But here, EVERY SINGLE person, from receptionist to dentist, has treated me with kindness, respect, and understanding. I live over an hour away from the Charleston area, but I gladly drive the distance for my appointments because no other office even compares to this one.

I have had a wonderful experience with Simpson Dental. I have had some trauma to the front of my mouth in my life, and I have a bit of PTSD because of it. They are more than accommodating in helping me to get through procedures with ease. They truly go above and beyond for their patients and are extremely friendly and compassionate. I highly recommend Simpson Dental!

Pro: Very easy, no stress, all procedures went well. Dr. Christina, friendly, explains all procedures and needs. Hygienist was the most though and took the most care of any hygienist I have had. This practice is a 10!
Con: It is very stressful that you have to pay up front, before procedures. Insurance not billed. Fees are high in comparison of previous Dentist now retired in the area. I am on a limited income. Unable to work. No retirement. Not eligible for Medicare until my husband retires. I pay monthly for Dental Insurance. I have many other medical bills that I pay monthly payments.

Searched far and wide for a dentist that offered sedation. They did a great job, I got a crown done with zero pain and little memory of the procedure. The receptionist I spoke to when making my appointment was so caring and helpful.

I was a first time new patient this week with Simpson Dental- it was a wonderful experience. I was anxious about my situation but from registration to check out every employee was professional, comforting and experienced. Dr. Christen and her hygienist Autumn was absolutely the best. They took their time and explained in detail what I had going on and we have a treatment plan to get my oral health on track . I recommend this dental group highly 5 Stars
