This office is a very kind and friendly place if you are willing to listen to the staff laugh at the before and after pictures on the wall. Also they will remind you that you will be getting a LESSER denture if you are blown away by the way they inflate the prices they quoted you on the phone. My wife really didn't complain much but their level of professionalism leaves much to be desired. Imagine if you will going in with your self-esteem very low because you need a denture, only to have Amy remind you that if you can't pay almost $400 for a denture then you will most certainly get a lesser denture. They throw the word LESSER around like you will be getting lesser care for lesser money. You should read the pamphlets in the waiting area. DISGUSTING!

Amazing people!!!!! Very caring and considerate... Very clean atmosphere... High quality services... Dr. Mark Simpson took plenty of his time to go over my care and treatment plans. He gave me several options and was thorough about them all....answering all of my millions of questions. The assistants and hygienists were all amazing, as well. (Now, to see if I can get all this work done pro bono, ha, ha!....but, really! :O ) They do offer a couple of payment options....through Care Credit, etc... I would highly recommend this place! Top notch!

There are truly no words to describe the service I received yesterday....(first time patient) and I was only scheduled for a consultation. I knew I was in desperate need of a root canal. Dr. Mark Simpson went above and beyond and did the consultation and root canal the same day. There are no words to describe the exceptional service I received. I am so, so, so, very thankful for Dr. Simpson and his staff. (Big shout out to Chris) Thank you so much!! You’re truly amazing. Thank you again!

Dr. Mark has been our family dentist for a long time. My recent visit was a consult (second opinion) over the holidays as I have moved out of state but still trust him and seek his advice when it comes to my dental care. He took the time to explain the situation and all of my options. I wasn’t rushed and he made sure to answer all of my questions. The office staff and hygienist were very helpful and pleasant as well. I found it easy to make the appointment, the office was clean, and there was plenty of parking. I will always recommend Simpson Dental to anyone in Charleston.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Simpson for several years. My husband is a patient too. We have had excellent care. If something happens that needs immediate attention, we are well taken care of. We believe we are getting high quality care and we do like that personal touch. We have never been treated poorly. We know up front how much things will cost, you just do not get that from every dentist. I recommend Dr. Mark for any one seeking a high quality dentist.

Great Dentist!! Called 20+ others was put off for 2 to 3 months for emergency extraction, Dr. Simpson got me in and taken care of in 2 days. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend them to anyone who nerds fast, curteous, PAINLESS, dental work.

I recently went to Simpson Dental Associates for a dental emergency, despite a couple negative reviews that I read. I had a severe toothache and they were happy to get me in on the same day that I called. I learned that the negative reviews couldn't be further from the truth. They found that I had an abscessed tooth that had formed a cyst and couldn't be saved. They gave me all of my options for treatment but I chose the best option, which was to have the tooth extracted and get an implant & bone graft to replace the tooth. I was very impressed with my entire experience there. The doctor was highly skilled and I was comfortable the entire time. The staff are super nice and treated me with respect. After my surgery, they reviewed my post op instructions and told me to call them if I have any issues before my follow-up appointment. I'm SO glad that I chose this dental office. I received top notch care and treatment. I'll be coming here for all of my dental needs :)

Had a most pleasant visit. They gave me a complete tour of their facility. Extremely patient with me throughly explaining work to be done & cost & payment plan
