Dr Simpson's office staff is very professional, easy to talk to and takes their time with you, so you don't feel rushed in any way. Dr Simpson went over everything regarding ALL my personal dental issues and I felt that he truly cares about my best interests and results!! I am happy that I finally called and made my first appt. Thank you, ALL, for everything today. I will certainly refer friends and family to your office :)

I have been a patient of Simpson Dental for 3 years and every visit is as good as the last. Everyone is friendly, helpful and ready to please. Every procedure I've had from implants to cleaning has been more than satisfactory. Dr. Mark is one of the best professionals I have ever visited. Thanks to him and his team I have a beautiful smile!

From the front desk, dental hygienist to both Dr Mark and Dr Christen my experience is a team of great folks. If your appointment is for 2:00 you are in the chair at 2:00. Speaking as a person who had Dental Phobia, they always make me feel like I am the only patient they ever treated. I no longer have the fear of the dentist, I now have faith that someone truly cares.

Very professional and friendly service. I am always a little nervous when having teeth worked on because it can be so painful. But not at Simpson! They always made sure I was comfortable. When I had to wait in the chair for awhile they even offered me a blanket that I gladly accepted. Also, they answered any questions I asked. I could not be more pleased with the work and my mouth looks great. I highly recommend them.

They were able to get me an appointment right away and could do everything I needed in-house! Their offices have a very classy, sophisticated feel. The older Simpson dentist works quickly and efficiently, but could use some improvement with his bedside manner. (Is it still called that with dentists? Chair-side, maybe?) He seemed only a little condescending when explaining my x-rays, but was quick to reassure me that I'd be well taken care of when I started to get upset over what turned out to be worse news than I was expecting, and ushered me out to be prepped by his ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL ASSISTANT. I was distraught, tender, sleep-deprived, and had had a few rounds of crying by the time I got into his chair, and was literally trembling when the work began. When an injection in an unexpected place startled me and I strangled a yelp, I was asked to please refrain from screaming. Soon after, primed for yelping by being startled, when the pressure he told me I'd feel gave way with a POP and what felt through the local anesthesia like a completely unrelated tooth shifting, another yelp escaped before I could stop it. I was asked rather sternly if I could PLEASE stop screaming. Starting to cry again, mumbling around dental work, I tried to tell him that it hadn't been intentional. He told me "That doesn't matter; you're making my job IMPOSSIBLE!" He completed the work with me silently sobbing with my eyes squeezed closed and my white-knuckled hands clasped, digging nail prints into each other to keep from offending him again. I was admittedly in an overly sensitive state, but I feel like he could have been gentler and more understanding.

A few words to describe Simpson Dental: Horrible, unprofessional, and lazy. Terrible to patients, whether it’s their attitude toward them or their dental work. They don’t care about their patients, they just care about the money they give them. They should be SUED more often for malpractice. NEVER go here. They only have that good of a rating because they block their negative comments. If you all delete my review or block me, I will make sure to use the platforms I have to let people know the TRUTH about your business.

Edit * BE AWARE! I went to this dentist a few months ago for a consultation to start the process of sedation dentistry. I was told I needed to have 8 teeth fixed costing nearly $9000. After beint lied to (see explanation below) I scheduled an appointment with a different dentist where they confirmed I infact did not have anywhere near that many teeth that needed any type of work and simpsons had fabricated most of the pre-treatment things they said i required.
I was told that they could bill my insurance for a pre-approval to have my teeth fixed. Then when I called to be sure of this they told me I would have to pay the almost $9000 down in person and they would bill the insurance afterwards. They aren’t in network with most insurance companies but they don’t tell you that until afterwards. This office is a joke. Don’t recommend. They’re over priced and only worry about money. The dentist is also very rude and the hygienist do not care about their clients no matter how much pain you’re in.

Very professional dental services. All the latest testing equipment. Explain all your dental needs in great detail and welcome your inquiries. Do not seemed rushed. Very impressed with my visit.

My visit was excellent. It was my first visit and I saw Dr. Kristen Simpson assisted by Chris. They were very kind and informative. Dr. Simpson suggested a plan for further treatment and I was very happily with the appointment and facilities.

I liked this facility and it's staff. I got on well with Dr. Mark Simpson who took some time to explain my options. Yes, they are expensive, but the 72 years of experience seems well worth the effort I took to get there. If I spend $36000 to have the repairs made (another dentist has virtually ruined my mouth and face), it will likely be with Simpson Dental, PLLC.
