I returned today for follow up,I was going through a bad time not with them having health issues. Attached is a picture of a chuck of the tooth they "missed" after an hour worth of cracking and drilling ONE tooth, during my 500 dollar tooth extraction.

First let me say isn't it a HIPPA violation for you to discuss my medical history? I will be filing a complaint.
The response is a lie. It was $3,000.00 with everything. The $1,000.00 referred to would be what...? A root canal with no cap or anything additional which is not possible with a root canal. How dishonest can you possibly be? Also I did NOT ask for an emergency appointment. What a dishonest response. You should be ashamed.
Funny when I first came the staff was great, took my coat and purse hung it on the door for me. Not the case when I left. It can be VERY emotional to be treated so poorly just because you cannot afford the higher more expensive option presented... For example my friend that referred me... She got a care credit card to afford your high prices and guess what? She was asked how she was doing following the procedure and walked out to her car. She was also very upset and horrified with the way I was treated.
Also, my follow up care was discussed prior to you drilling at my tooth for an hour. I was told I was paid and could leave the second the drill was out of my mouth. I gathered my things and had difficulty finding my way to the exit.
I would not return to this office. You cannot treat people like they are lesser individuals, just because they can't afford your prices/higher options.
INITIAL REVIEW:
They wanted to charge $3,000.00 for a root canal, which would typically be $1,000.00. I had an extraction done with one tooth "pulled" ended up being close to $500.00 (x-ray on 1 tooth, tooth pulled, gas). After about an hour sitting in the chair terrified, the second they were done they said, "You're paid, you can leave now." I left slightly disoriented and felt like I wasn't treated very well because I did not choose the more expensive treatment option (that I could not afford). I sat in my car for about 15 minutes to collect myself, after being immediately sent on my way after an hour worth of drilling. No one asked if I was okay or cared about my well-being. I left and drove myself home crying and dizzy. Worst experience EVER! I will not be going back. If you donāt mind dropping lots of cash you will be happy going to this dentist.

Every time Iāve been to see Dr. Christen sheās been wonderful!! I chipped my front tooth and I was so embarrassed. I had a filling done at another dentist but it wouldnāt match. Dr Christen put a crown on it and it matches perfectly! She gave me a few options and I wanted it to look like it used to so together we made a good choice! Iām happy to be their patient now! Thanks Dr. Christen!

My wife had an abscess tooth pulled. She said it was extremely painful. She was screaming and sobbing by the time the tooth was removed. The doctor did not discuss sedation and my wife was only give local anesthetics. We are at day three and my wife is still in severe pain.
