My husband recently attended a FREE seminar about getting teeth implants. At the seminar they danced around the price for new teeth, assured him there were payment plans and that they could not "quote a price" because every case was different. Not even a ballpark. So he handed over $300 dollars to them today to find out that we can't afford the $45,000 price tag. Unbelievable. Poor business to take advantage of someone that works hard for every dollar he gets.

I was thoroughly impressed with all those I can in contact with in the office. Dr. Christen was was down to earth, personable, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. I was beyond blown away with Shelbi, who took me on the tour, conducted the X-rays and broke down my treatment plans; she was phenomenal!

I had them do 4 porcelain veneer in the front and they never could get them right and that destroyed my front gums! I am now having to pay $1400.00 to get the one front replaced because it has never been right! He doesn't know how to do veneers and I wish I would of never let them talk me in to it! Don't let them do them WORSE MISTAKE EVER !

My daughter went here HORRIBLE experience! They charged her I believe it was 50.00 just to make an appointment. When she got to her appointment had to pay 300.00 more before they would even call her back to do the exam and give her options to do her top teeth. two options where sixteen thousand or thirty thousand!!! Who could afford that? Never gave her any of her money back for the appointment charge or options fee. She later called to get a copy of her X-rays so she wouldn’t have to pay for X-rays at another dentist. They refused to let her have her
X-rays!! DON’T GO THERE UNLESS YOU ARE RICH! My daughter cried almost all the way home. These good reviews has to be employees. If you don’t believe me give them a call and see if you aren’t charged before ever being seen. Once you pay you won’t get it back and the estimate will blow your mind. Idk how this is not against the law.

I am a new patient of Dr Christen Raynes and recently needed an old silver filling replaced. I was worried my last dentist told me the filling was deep and it needed a root canal. But Dr. Christen said she didn't think that was right but she would let me know once she removed the old filling. As she removed the filling she reassured me and explained what was going on. I was so happy that I didn't need the root canal (that saved me $$$). I would recommend going to see her to all my friends and family.

Simpson Dental Associates are the best. They make you feel as though you are family. Their vast knowledge, expertise and the most modern equipment also allows Simpson's Dental Associates to perform dental work in a very professional way. Dr. Mark Simpson installed my dental implants four years ago and it really made a difference to my appearance and allows me to eat any kind of food that I want to eat without worrying about looseness or food getting under my dental implants. Simpson Dental Associates are a very professional group that can fix any and all kinds of dental problems. I suggest that anyone that has any dental problems to contact the Simpson Dental Practice and they will be more satisfied than any dentist that they have ever gone to. Traumatizing experience. Had a surgical extraction by Dr. Christene and it was very painful. I was assured it would be okay and told that they perform surgical extractions frequently however that was not the case. In addition to the experience being painful she did not remove all pieces of the tooth and it still hurts. I am not for sure if I should of went to an oral surgeon or if she is just inexperience.
During the experience I did have the nitrous oxide gas (at an additional cost) but she
would not increase the rate and I do not know why considering the procedure I was
having. I cannot say anything regarding the other dentists at this place but my experience with Dr. Christene was horrible and I would not recommend her to
friends or family.
