Bonasso & Kime

The best dentists ever. I have seen both Dr. Kime and Dr. Bonasso and I always leave there smiling and laughing. The atmosphere is friendly and feels comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Kime is my usual and he always asks about my family, before starting. I have been to quite a few dentists and no one compares. The numbing shot is painless, and he does quick work. He tells you what you need done and gives you a plan. A truly caring dentist and staff. I love my dentist and Cookie!

I would and have recommended his clinic to everyone. Their staff is so welcoming and friendly every time you go in for a visit, which makes you feel like you’re going to see family and friends. They genuinely care about their patients and it’s always a good feeling when you go in and they remember you from your last visit. They do excellent work and always follow up on the procedure you had to make sure you’re doing well. The clinic also recently has had some renovations and it looks very professional and clean, which is always a plus! I have been visiting this clinic many years and will continue to do so as long as I am in the Fairmont area. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience which is reassuring because I never want to go to the dentist and I am 27 years old with 2 kids. Nicki was my hygienist and she was aware of my body language from me being uncomfortable and kept making sure I was ok. She was very knowledgable and gave me great education. The front desk Cindy was so warm and welcoming which made me feel comfortable before I even came to the office. Dr.Kime was very professional but so kind as he seemed to really hear out my concerns and reassure me on my care. I never thought I would be ok with going to the dentist but I plan to keep regular appointments and also start taking my own kids there. Wonderful office all around l!

I love this office! Dr. Kime and Nikki (dental hygienist) are friendly, go out of their way to minimize pain and anxiety (of which I had none!), and always see me promptly. They had COVID-19 safety measures in place & I did not feel at risk at any time during my visit. I highly recommend this office for dental care!

My name is Mike and to go to Bonasso and Kime is like going to visit Family! From when you walk through the door..you are greeted with a Smile and a hand shake to when you leave, you are treated dignity and respect! I couldn't say enough Good about this group of professionals! They are the BEST there is ! How often do you here someone say that about going to the Dentist ? These people care about YOU!!!

I'm not from the area so it was hard for me to find a dentist right out of college when I finally got adjusted. I live in Morgantown, but it's worth the drive. Every single staff member is personable and sweet. I've never had so much fun going to the dentist.

Dr. Kime and Maxine are great.. very gentle and knowledgeable. Because of them I continue to go there.. Very, very nice.

The office staff need some customer service training.. I worked in the WVU School of Dentistry 5 years and never treated people like this.

They never say who they are when they answer the phone, they don't smile or say hello may I help you, they are very pushy
they don't consult you before making the next appointment, but shove the paper in your face and assume you'll be able to come at that time. Really... ?.. I'll stop there...

This was the first time that I had no fear at the dentist. Dr Kime was very professional and he knows his job very well. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him.
