Amazing very painless. Pulled two teeth in which one I couldn't get any other dentist to take and it was only a small part. Pulled with no problem. Today being the first full day after procedure and I feel amazing no pain at all. Definitely staying with this dentist. Getting my 20 year old to call them also.

The actual medical professionals are great. Very kind, non judgmental, and will absolutely work with you. On the other hand, there’s the receptionist… she is, for the lack of me being able to use such profanity, she is outstandingly rude, and unprofessional. Any interaction I have with her, she acts like I just purposely ran over her dog, or something, and just spews venom. I called in, because they recommended to me WVU in Morgantown, because they couldn’t numb me up enough for an extraction. I’ve had many troubles setting up an appointment with them, so I called Advanced Dental. Only to be rudely greeted, and shamed, because she had no problem getting 3 other patients today in there. She kept cutting me off, and treated me like some junkie looking for a fix. She wouldn’t even let me get my notepad out on my phone to jot down a number, and was irritated with me for asking her to repeat it, because her mouth ran like the road runner. I will not be going back at all, just because of that thing you call a human sitting at the front desk. She’s an absolute disgrace to that practice. I have never left a review about anything in my life, but I decided to go out of my way to let everyone know how terrible that woman is.

Love love love the dentist and his team!!!! And im scared of " the dentist". Ive wcen changed my son's dentist to this place.
But the receptionist or secretary whatever her title is, is so snappy. She has a yucky attitude, gets smart with ppl Over the phone, and in person. Get past that and get good care and welcoming

We’ve been patients for years. Great staff. Just had a removal this week, the best experience ever. I’ve had my wisdom removed and another pulled before. Dr Matt had to finish removing what another dentist left behind. I’m in no pain. And The procedure was so painless I didn’t even realize he was done. 10/10
